Caffe Classic - Vodní 92

Today I will give a review of a small cafe / confectionery in Kroměříž, Vodní 92 (maybe I'm not kidding). I know Maxgelato Ice Cream originally from Pravčice, where we went for an excellent homemade quality ice cream during the summer. Now in September they opened this patisserie, we were there for the first time today. The place is small, for ten people indoors as well as for sitting outside. WiFi on password but I hit it without asking (Maxgelato). You will be welcomed by a pleasant, cozy environment with very comfortable furniture :-) We were welcomed by the owner. As in Pravčice, he was very helpful and kind. Cappuccino and double espresso - nothing to complain about, good coffee. The selection of desserts was smaller than I expected but we wanted to taste Pavlova's cake (I was very disappointed, it looks beautiful but it's nothing for me). I've never had it so I can't evaluate the difference but fighting through the baked protein gave it a job, after shredding with? Cottage cheese? above it it was already better but uninteresting dessert for me. I still chose pistachio cake and it was a hit, I definitely recommend. Something like sour cream with crushed pistachios on a totally divine body. Excellent taste combination, a bunch of crushed pistachios. Well, I wasn't even able to eat that triangle. And thirsty homemade lemonade (raspberry or blueberry). I chose a raspberry. Maybe it's stupid to comment on it, but I'll point out that there was no "homemade" syrup and a pile of ice. Water, lemon balm, raspberries and sugar. I think the sugar is useless, I crumpled the raspberries with a straw and immediately the color and taste was as it should be. We didn't have ice cream at 10 in the morning, but if you didn't have it, be sure to have it. What to complain about? It can be seen that they have something like this for the first time, the owner served himself and jumping for desserts, drinks, etc. takes a lot of time so we waited a while but no horror. I had to remember my pistachio cake, but the three steps to the counter killed me ? Homemade products, pleasant environment, friendly staff - we will definitely be back.

They had a fantastic homemade ice cream, a strong taste and a pleasantly sweet one, it did not contain any ice crystals, as sometimes happens. In the garden you can sunbathe beautifully in a quiet street. I can only recommend ☺️
