★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location and building are beautiful. It’s all the more dissapointing how the place is messed up. Interior is fine but frontdesk looks, and is equipped, like some cheap candy shop from 80’s. It just doesn’t fit in. If you like coffee and barista culture - this is probably not the place. I do not want to criticise staff that is unfortunatelly uncompetent, untrained and unrepresentative because it was chosen by owner / manager that tolerates it and is responsible for the whole thing. It seems to me like tourist trap - one time visit place. It’s sad to see such place among otherwise very good caffes and restaurants, in very beautiful part of old town. Go if you want to see how this business shouldn’t be done.
