Unser Wunsch, bei Sonnenschein auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, wurde sehr unhöflich und arrogant verneint obwohl freie Plätze da waren, da die Stühle nicht umgestellt werden sollten. Keineswegs weiterzuempfehlen! We were there as a family with our 90 year old grandma. Our desire to sit in the sunshine on the terrace, was very rude and arrogant denied, although there were free seats, since the chairs should not be changed. Not to be recommended!

Mohu jen doporučit. Romantic and quiet place for relaxation. Perfect service. Employee staff. Beautiful period rooms. Beautiful surroundings. I like to go there just to relax for coffee after work. I can only recommend.

Dortík, dá se napsat, kvality a chuti téměř domácí, becherovka měla tu správnou teplotu a snad i množství bylo ideální. Jen to kafe, přišlo mi jako obyčejná překapávačka. I tak dávám 5 hvězd, neboť díky číšníkovi, můžeš si připadat, alespoň na chvíli, jako anglický král!! A to mě dostalo, naprosto dokonalé, se vším všudy. Po nebo před posezením uvnitř této romantické kavárny / restaurace či na její terase se nabízí možnost procházky. Hosté mohou zaparkovat svůj vůz na zdejším menším parkovišti. Zámeček Residence enjoys a beautiful location near the spa town of Frantiskovy Lazne. It is surrounded by green vegetation - a smaller forest. After or before sitting inside this romantic café / restaurant or on its terrace, you can walk. Guests can park their car in the small on-site car park.
