★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto v pohodě, udržovaný čistý kemp. Chatky čisté, sparťanské ale bohaté stačí. Kiosek s dobrou obsluhou, pivo Svijany dobře ošetřené. Pan správce pohodař. A ráno probouzí nádherný zvuk zvonů z Chrámu Matky boží. Prostě fajn místečko
 Absolutely cool, well-kept clean camp. Cottages clean, spartan but rich are enough. Kiosk with good service, Svijany beer well treated. Manager cool. And in the morning, the wonderful sound of bells from the Temple of the Mother of God awakens. Just a nice place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tento kemp mě mile překvapil. Paní správcová je usměvavá, bufet funguje od 8h. Možnost objednání snídaně je parádní, stejně tak čehokoliv včetně čerstvého pečiva na ráno. Oceňuji teplou vodu bez poplatku, výborně vybavenou kuchyňku plně k dispozici, možnost zapůjčení grilu. Sociální zázemí pravidelně uklizené. Pro ubytované vstup na koupaliště které je vzdálené asi 20m od bufetu zdarma. Výborné Svijany, a pohodová obsluha. Cenově perfektní.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Planned to stay at the Autocamp Hejnice for a few days. However, when arriving in Hejnice after driving 600 miles from the Netherlands overnight, my travelmate found out he forgot is ID card. He did bring his driving license though. The camping's owner was very rude to us when I tried to explain the situation. He made a laugh about us and sent us away, after threatening to call the police. All in all, not the warm welcome to the Czech Republic we were hoping for, especially after all the effort it took to get to Hejnice. Regardless of the situation, the camping's owner appeared to me as a very unpleasant person. No hospitality at all whatsoever. I highly recommend anybody to stay elsewhere when visiting this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb experience. The best camp I've been to, friendly owners, quiet campsite, good prices and an attached swimming pool. Well worth a visit. Worth noting that the staff don't speak any English, but rather Czech, German or Polish. Breakfast/food is available on the site.
