★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S Canabou jsme dokončili stavbu. Od prvního setkání s naším prodejcem jsem měl dobrý pocit, pan Wojnar je sympaťák, nijak na nás netlačil, dobře nás seznámil se všemi okolnosti a dal nám čas na rozmyšlenou, potom nám i pomohl s vyřízením stavebního povolení (co jak a kam odevzdat), celkově nám dost pomohl ohledně papírování, se stavbou domu jsme se setkali poprvé, takže všechno pro nás bylo jak španělská vesnice. Líbil se mi i výběr od subdodavatelů které mají, manželka si dost užívala že si může dům vybavit tak jak vždycky chtěla, nechtěl jsem jí do toho ani kecat protože mi bylo jasné že už když jsme se shodli na tom jaký dům chceme měla představu jak si ho vybaví, takže jsem to pro jistotu nechal celé na ní.

From the first meeting with our salesman, I had a good feeling, Mr. Wojnar is an affectionate, he did not push us at all, he made us familiar with all the circumstances and gave us time to think, then helped us with the building permit (what and how to give) overall we have helped enough about paperwork, we met the construction of the house for the first time, so everything was for us as a Spanish village. I liked the choice of the subcontractors they have, the wife enjoyed enough to remodel the house the way she always wanted, I did not want to fuck her, because it was clear that even when we agreed on what house we wanted the idea how he recalls it, so I left it for sure.

- nedodržení termínu
- cena vyšší než domluvená
- před smlouvou je možné cokoli, po podpisu je možné málo změn. Každá práce navíc nebo změna je zpoplatněna několikanásobně. Pokud si budete chtít změnu provést svými řemeslníky, je to možné až po předání stavby. Počet dobrých řemeslníků v této firmě jako pravděpodobnost že vyhrajete v loterii.
- naprosto nesolidni přístup a komunikace téměř nulová.

- anything is possible before the contract, few changes are possible after signing. Each additional work or change is charged several times. If you want to make a change with your craftsmen, this is only possible after the building has been handed over. The number of good craftsmen in this company as the probability that you will win the lottery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji, byli jsme s Canabou při stavbě domu spokojeni. Udělali nám domek, který jsme si vyhlídli v jejich katalogu a jsme ním maximálně spokojeni. Výběr jsme měli s manželkou jasný poměrně rychle, ale zbytek jsme řešili na několika schůzkách. Komunikace a chováním k nám bylo vždy velmi slušné.
I recommend, we were happy with Canaba when building the house. They made us a house, which we looked at in their catalog and we are extremely satisfied with it. My wife and I had a clear choice quite quickly, but we dealt with the rest in several meetings. Communication and behavior to us has always been very polite.
