Receptionists are blind, if you won't scream that you are there, they will watch their facebook and blame you later, that you didn't told them that you are there. Medics: they don't remember you, don't prepare for your visit. Do mistakes in your card, which they are not able to fix later. Also medics are in rush for some reason, even you have set time frame to talk about your issue. Don't recommend really for paid service...

Terrible clinic They said my payment was aproved and they would direct bill my insurance but later spammed me to pay and threatened me that they would contact the police. STAY AWAY

As I didn't have a Czech insurance I thought this institution would be one of the few that would accept me. The lady on the phone was very rude after I said that I'm not a member. I said that I was willing to become one, however I needed to get an appointment asap as my condition was severe. She refused to give me one, advising me to write them an email and saying that they'll get back to me within a week. Very bad customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

My Czech is not perfect and sometimes I may do some mistakes or misunderstand message, but I do my best! It's so unpleasant, to see how arrogant are ladies at reception desk, laughing behind your back and treating you as some ... . They are not even respecting each other , rejecting to help or making face like they do a huge favour, rather their direct duties. I will speak with my Employer to cancel my membership card and payments, after being their client for 11 years. Shame.
S	Solara Educator on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long term member of Canadian Medical I have been disappointed by the drop in service during the last year (not in the doctors or medical staff) but by the reception and billing teams. On calling or visiting you would have a professional communication with the reception (in most cases the same good people still seem to be there) however they seem to have been added to by in my opinion rude and unhelpful staff. Personally it now feels like it runs like 1990s local taxi company that just wants to rip people off and for me thats not really what you want in a medical provider. I do not want the email of a contact person to complain since I am bit bored of the communication with them. I do hope the management get it fixed since they seem to be investing a lot and in my opinion it would be shame for it to be let down by tacky receptionists and sleazy billing approaches and communication. Given the overall rating and comments here I am not alone in my opinion and I give it reluctantly and hope it gets sorted out.

A	Adrian Gesto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed feelings, some really good an thorough doctors. Some completely useless (almost criminal) ones. I've been dealing with some health issues lately that required me too see different specialists. I've seen everything here, from very good doctors that follow the case and seem to not only care but also know what they're doing, to other doctors that just diagnosed me (wrongly) without even checking me. Their ophtalmology department is underwelming to say the least, had to see 3 different doctors which all gave me nothing but some drops, one year later I get a proper diagnosis from an external clinic now I'm dealing with compications from delay of treatment. For a premium healthcare they're not better than VZP
E	Everett Buryak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place exceeded all my expectations! Lovely atmosphere, friendly personel and professional doctors. The client service is at top level, the wait wasn't as long as I supposed it would be. I got just the treatment I needed, thank you so much! Unlike the other CM center I've been to, this one has a home-like atmosphere, and in spring or summer, you can witness the gorgeous garden outside. I very much recommend visiting this place specifically.
