Kind and professional service. Came there to get the application for the driving license. They have made a very detailed analysis of my health and I am satisfied. Only paid 400 czk for everything (but I have health insurance provider who is connected to them).

Great service! In particular, if you’re a foreigner this is a go to place. They speak English and are very helpful. Highly recommend!

Quick check in with respect to time. Experienced doctor (otolaryngologist) and staff. The mobile application is great.

i am very surprised by fact that this is the only place out of all in Canadian where someone always calls me when there is something wrong- either when they offer me new day for meeting or that they notify me that I would jave to pay this time because I already used my discounts. I do no know names but they always mention Ymca in the phone. I can call this a pro client approach and I am happy to be notified like this because when I call the call center they often do not pick. Also in person receptionists are always big help. although doctors and nurses are very good there are sometimes nurses kindof confused. But I understand because of the situation. However I can compare Ymca and Karlin well, at Karlin there are great nurses but reception is little bit odd to me except for one lady & at Ymca reception is perfect lately and the nurses are mostly great too! Both are beautiful but Ymca is beautiful because it is old but I would change some things for example change floor but everything else is perfect I love their elevators. And at Karlin everything is very modern and new and I like its sparkle mostly the beautiful glass door. I remember it as old place! Both has its own pros&cons. When I mention the time terms in Canadian I am disappointed the preventitive check ups are cancelled now because I have it in the prize and some times it takes longer to get the dates. I hope COVID19 gets better finaly because I noticed it is almost impossible to get to the GP yet I still managed to get the date. I read some posts here and I must say that some people are crazy. If I break my leg I call 911, this company does not have enough dates, how can some ppl expect to get the tretment in privy company now. I was at privy company before too and it was not any better. I didn’t experience what others, I never had problem anywhere except of one time when I was sitting there for 10 minutes and the doctor didn’t know I was there but I got some paper with me that I arrived so it was some problem with computer at doctor’s. I will stay positive- I love their app, unfortunately I cannot make the reservation to many specializations but it is big help and I don’t have to worry about anything. I am a fan. and I love smiling employees! Tamás

I am leaving this review for the service in general, Canadian Medical, not for this particular location. I find the scheduling system especially, which in my eyes is one of the only reasons why you should have private insurance in CZ totally faulty and subpar. MANY times I’ve had to call back to get a confirmation or remind them I never got an email etc. And few weeks ago, again same story repeats but now twice, first they told me I’d get a call back…nothing for a week; then I call back and they said they’ve put it in the system and that I’ll get an email as well as see it in the app. Nope…another week and nothing ? The app itself is USELESS as it does not give you the opportunity to book a doctor.

It used to offer good service. It has dropped in quality across the board. After I went for a blood test Canadian emailed me asking if I was happy with the service. I told them the nurse wasn't good at drawing blood, my both arms bruised up, she wasn't taking the steps to perform that operation safely (such as wearing gloves). They replied that they asked the nurse and she denied so they don't believe my version, and I'm their customer of 6 years!

Excellent service , amazing staff members (doctors and nurses) ! I have to give a special shout-out to the reception team as well, as they have been dealing with all of my requests. Also whenever I had any issues they managed to always help me find a solution! When it comes to health issues, it’s always important to be able to reach out to professionals and luckily for me (especially coming from abroad), I have been extremely satisfied with the services provided.
