★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofalni a neprehledna soft. podpora na webu. Nefungujici ovladace na plotr, nicnerikaji popisky a regionalni nejednotnost. Pro lidi co nemaji cd mechaniku je stazeni driveru utrpeni! Kuprikladu zkuste najit a stahnout na Canon webu Status monitor na accounting. P.S.: W10, vse aktualni na novem ntb. Delejte to intuitivne pro obycejne lidi a ne jen od ajtaku pro ajtaky... ?
Catastrophic and opaque soft. Web support. Inoperable plotter drivers, nicnerikaji labels and regional disparities. For people who do not have a CD drive, the driver download is suffering! For example, try to find and download the Status monitor on the Canon website for accounting. P.S .: W10, all current on new NTB. Do it intuitively for ordinary people and not just from ajtak for ajtaks ... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem si fotoaparát EOS M100 se širokoúhlým objektivem pro kvalitní širokoúhlé snímání kontrastních scén. Přístroj ale v režimu HDR výrazně zmenšuje zorné pole, což zaskočilo i odborníky, a nemá ani expoziční bracketing. Můj dosavadní starý kompaktní foťáček Canon Powershot přitom zorné pole nezmenšoval a uměl i bracketing. Největší zklamání však byla zákaznická podpora. Odpovědi jsem musel opakovaně urgovat a ani po týdnech čekání jsem se nic nedozvěděl. Na vysvětlení od produktového specialisty, kterému jsem byl nakonec předán, jsem po nových urgencích čekal dalších 8 týdnů. Celá "podpora" trvala přes půl roku a výsledek je velké zklamání a ztráta důvěry.

In HDR mode, however, the camera significantly reduces the field of view, which has surprised experts and has no exposure bracketing. At the same time, my old Canon Powershot compact camera did not reduce the field of view and could do bracketing. But the biggest disappointment was customer support. I had to urge the answers repeatedly, and even after weeks of waiting, I didn't hear anything. I waited for another 8 weeks after the new urges for an explanation from the product specialist I was eventually handed over to. The whole "support" lasted over half a year and the result is a great disappointment and loss of confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute disgrace of a company sold a faulty printer through Alza and refuse to exchange even though they have admitted it's faulty 3 journeys now to Prague to be fed the same rubbish. Not good enough cannon absolute disgrace especially when needed to educate the youth of this country.
