Společná setkávání s mistry a studenty ze zahraničí, výuka dětí i dospělých, capoeira family a mnoho dalšího. Začít může opravdu každý bez předchozích zkušeností a průpravy, v jakémkoliv věku. Panuje zde přátelská atmosféra bez soutěžení.
Teaching a complex system of capoeira under the guidance of a Brazilian professor - kicks, moves, bends, sequences, but also acrobatics, music and teaching history and philosophy. Joint meetings with masters and students from abroad, teaching children and adults, capoeira family and much more. Anyone can really start without previous experience and training, at any age. There is a friendly atmosphere without competition.

Professor Michael is very friendly and every class I learn something new.
I never thought I’d be playing in a band, or staying on a beat, but that all changed since I’ve been endowed with the sacred wisdom of Capoeria! :-D
Also you get sooooo strong, UNLIMITED POWER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fun on capoeira lessons. Friendly approach towards beginners. Mixed group of expats and locals with skilled teacher and some advanced students. Lessons are mainly in English but are easy-to-follow even for non-speakers. Music instruments, singing, warm up and movements are practiced. Taster is for free but once you're in, it's difficult to stop!

The training is for everyone and it doesn't matter if you are beginner or advanced, Michael manage the lessons to be suitable for everyone. Also in a group there is really strong family atmosphere and everyone is enjoying the training. Only minus, well for me plus, is that after every training I can feel muscles that I even didn't know that I have ? So if you are looking for fun and better health, strength and posture, I can only recommend these lessons. ??
