★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem si půjčit dodávku, pán na telefonu mi sdělil, že už jsou všechny rezervované.
Ok, moje chyba, řešil jsem to na poslední chvíli.
Bylo mi řečeno, pokud chcete dodávku na další víkend, rezervujte nejpozději do úterý toho týdne.
Tak v pondělí rezervuji přes jejich web a ozvou se ve středu smskou, že je vše obsazené.
To jako vážně? Za dva dny?
Dva dny trvá vyřízení rezervace?
Takže děkuji, utíkají mi tímto peníze.... až budou chtít moji klienti poradit ohledně zapůjčení dodávky, tak jim řeknu, ať se Vám vyhnou obloukem.

I was told if you want delivery for the next weekend, book by Tuesday of that week at the latest.
So on Monday I book through their website and they will hear a text on Wednesday that everything is busy.
Are you serious? In two days?
Does it take two days to process a reservation?
So thank you, I'm running out of money ... when my clients want advice on renting a van, I'll tell them to avoid the arch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realita neodpovida nabidce na webovych strankach...Ve skutecnosti dodavky do zahranici (konkretne slo o DK, cili EU) nepujcuji, bylo by uzitecny, kdyby jasne inzerovali jake sluzby poskytuji a zbytecne nepripravovali lidi o cas.
The reality does not correspond to the offer on the website ... In fact, I do not lend for deliveries abroad (specifically DK, or the EU), it would be useful if they clearly advertised what services they provide and did not waste people on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auta v pohode. Obsluha i přes ujištění že mě rezervuji mnou na webu požadovanou dodávku, v den půjčení úplně jiná znacka, hlavně menší a buď ber nebo nech bejt. Nedává moc na výběr. Asi mají i jiné ceny než na webu. Účtováno 3600kc za dva dny. Tak nevím co je špatně....
Cars cool. He doesn't give much choice. They probably have other prices than on the web. Charged 3600kc for two days. So I don't know what's wrong ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Páteční rezervace na neděli přes web portál je bez odpovědi. Následuje sobotní telefonát který nikdo z této firmy nepřijal. Obracím se na jiného poskytovatele.
I do not recommend. Friday bookings through the web portal are unanswered. Next is a phone call that no one from this company received. I turn to another provider.
