★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše v pořádku, ale abych byl objektivní, musím ubrat jednu hvězdu a byť mě to mrzí, důvodem bylo že v rámci servisky, kdy se předepsaně mění filtry a olej došlo k tomu, že jaksi po výměně oleje byla hladina oleje nízká, takže zřejmě mechanik zapomněl dolít předepsané množství. V každém případě vyzdvyhuji že se k tomu servis postavil čelem a po mojí námitce prověřili, olej dolili a ještě raději zkontrolovali zda nedochází k úniku kapaliny. Zároveň se omluvili, takže za mě ve finále plná spokojenost. Jinak mám s tímto servisem dobré zkušenosti i historicky s jiným vozidlem. Já tedy mohu doporučit a příště zase přijedu.

In any case, vyzdvyhuji that the service to face the face and after my objection checked, refilled oil and even better checked for leaks. At the same time they apologized, so for me in the final full satisfaction. Otherwise I have good experience with this service historically with another vehicle. So I can recommend and next time I will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do servisu jsem dala auto na opravu celkově ať zjistí co s tím je a není, hned druhý den pán volal že je špinavý motor a musí ho vyčistit. Za dva dny jsem si přišla auto vyzvednout a čekala na mě faktura na 25 000 korun.
Další den jsem jela do servisu znovu, přes noc mi z motoru vytekl asi půl litru oleje.
V servisu z toho nadšení nebyli ale nakonec mi to uznali jako reklamaci. Auto bylo k vyzvednutí za 4 dny. O závadě mi toho moc neřekli.
S jistou nedůvěrou k tomuto autoservisu jsem se vydala ještě do druhého, konkurenčního autoservisu. Pan mechanik se na auto podíval, uznal že motor je opravdu krásně vyčištěný ale cena byla přemrštěná.
Ale píšu tuto celou recenzi z jednoho důvodu. AZM automechanik nevěnoval pozornost zhnilému výfuku špatnému tlumiči a startéru. Udělal 1 ze 4 prací na autě. Auto vyjelo z jejich autoservisu přestože jeho technický stav nebyl bezpečný a ani stavu aby směl na vozovku. ???
I put the car in the service for repair in general, let them find out what is and is not with it, the very next day the gentleman called that the engine was dirty and had to clean it. In two days I came to pick up the car and an invoice for 25,000 crowns was waiting for me.
The next day I went to the service station again, about half a liter of oil leaked from the engine overnight.
They were not enthusiastic about the service, but in the end they accepted it as a complaint to me. The car was available for collection in 4 days. They didn't tell me much about the defect.
With a certain distrust of this car service, I went to another, competing car service. The mechanic looked at the car, admitting that the engine was really beautifully cleaned but the price was exorbitant.
But I'm writing this whole review for one reason. AZM car mechanic did not pay attention to the rotten exhaust of the wrong muffler and starter. He did 1 in 4 works on the car. The car drove out of their car repair shop even though its technical condition was not safe or its condition to be allowed on the road. ???
