★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Není třeba psát slohovku. Auto mělo být opraveno do týdne a připraveno na STK, opravil za 6 měsíců s tím,že byl neustále mimo nebo nebral telefon. Z původní domluvené ceny po shodnocení, co je třeba opravit - 5 tisíc při převzetí vozidla chtěl 10 tisíc s tím, že údajně tam provedl ještě 1 opravu (o které nejen, že se mnou ani nemluvil a nezeptal se mě, jestli i s touhle.opravou a cenovym navýšením souhlasím, ale kterou taky ani neudělal po přezkoumání jiným servisákem). Až když si na něj doslapla jeho velmi cenena klientka, která mi ji ho doporucila a která se zhrozila z castky, kterou mi účtoval s tím, že byla domluvená i sleva, šel s cenou na smluvených 5 tis. Poté se.mi ještě snažil vnutit výměnu brzdových bubnů a koupi nových, kdy jeden mi nabízel za 2tis korun bez práce (na netu 500kc v 100% stavu na víc odkazech). Nakonec auto předal s vybitou baterií, která již nešla nabit, základní kapaliny z maxima byly všechny na minimu, na autě bylo najednou nalítaných o dost víc km, než bylo v kupní smlouvě a v reálu, nešlo jet na jinou rychlost než 1 - odešla spojka. Z auta se po ujetí 100m začalo dýmit zpod kapoty černé. Nakonec auto prodáno na náhradní díly. Zvláštní je to, že před předáním panu Valentovi k opravě bylo auto zcela v pořádku a šlo jen o seřízení geometrie, koupi staršího nového výfuku a odstranění rzi na benzínové nadrzi. Za mě rozhodně nedoporučuji!

Only when his highly valued client, who recommended her to me and who was horrified by the amount he charged me with the fact that a discount was agreed upon, came to him, he went with the price to the agreed 5 thousand. After that, he still tried to force the replacement of brake drums and the purchase of new ones, when one offered me for 2 thousand crowns without work (500 CZK on the net in 100% condition on more links). In the end, he handed over the car with a discharged battery, which could no longer be charged, the basic fluids from the maximum were all at a minimum, the car was suddenly flown a lot more km than in the purchase contract and in reality, it was not possible to go to a speed other than 1 - clutch left . After driving 100m, black began to smoke from under the hood. Finally, the car was sold for spare parts. The strange thing is that before handing it over to Mr. Valent for repair, the car was completely in order and it was just a matter of adjusting the geometry, buying an older new exhaust and removing rust on the petrol tank. I definitely do not recommend for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální suverénní přístup, totální demagogie ohledně CN. Nakonec jsem platila o 5000 Kč více, než bylo domluveno aniž by mi o tom někdo zavolal. Rozhodně doporučuji pro člověka, který si chce nechat opravit jednu věc, ta bude opravena i s dalšími dvěmi, které jste neřešili. Nejhorší servis kde jsme zavítala, personál důležitý, že to ani není možné když viděl ženu, která se v autech nepochybuje.

I definitely recommend it for a person who wants to have one thing fixed, it will be fixed with two other ones that you did not solve. The worst service where we visited, the staff important that it is not even possible to see a woman who has no doubts in the cars.

I have been going here for years and I am satisfied. Mr. Valenta always tries to live up to his promises. The mechanics are willing and fast and can handle everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opraveno/ zaplaceno, tak teď uvidíme jak dlouho oprava vydrží podle toho pak budu přidávat hvězdičky a nebo ubírat 8-). Ale 2 týdny po opravě a všechno v pořádku. Určitě máme v plánu při dalším problémů u autíčka využít autoservis znovu.
Repaired / paid, so now we will see how long the repair will last accordingly, then I will add stars or subtract 8-). But 2 weeks after the repair and everything is fine. We definitely plan to use the car service again in case of further problems with the car.

Výměna motorku u bočního skla = objednán okamžitě, dal mi na výběr produkty (poměr cena:kvalita), výměna proběhla do pár hodin. Vše le domluvy, vč. ceny.
2. návštěva
Domluven termín na přípravu na SKT a výměnu oleje (2 dny předem). V 8 ráno dovezené auto. Ve 12h vše hotovo vč. STK a ještě za nižší cenu, než bylo domluveno.
Jedná férově a mluví k věci (co se může stát, co může cenu servisu navýšit). Vždy je lepší se předem zeptat na cenu za práci a domluvit si vše potřebné.
Negativní recenze zde moc nechápu. Za mě spokojenost.
1st visit

2nd visit
Agreed date for preparation for SKT and oil change (2 days in advance). At 8 in the morning imported car. At 12 o'clock everything done incl. STK and at an even lower price than agreed.
He acts fairly and speaks to the point (what can happen, what can increase the price of service). It is always better to ask in advance about the price for the job and arrange everything you need.
I don't really understand negative reviews here. Satisfaction for me.
