★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the horrible experience with the service at Auto Palace, finding this Mazda Service was like winning the lottery. Great level of customer care and professionalism. I have been crashed on the rear of my car and brought it to fix, Mr. Rezler took care of everything; contacting the insurance company, collecting all the documents and doing the paper work, and believe me for a foreigner with some language barriers like me this is priceless.
Got the car back this morning, perfect work, so not only the customer service is great, but their mechanics and technicians are qualified persons. I am super happy about the whole experience, i strongly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***Update*** Managed to buy a new Mazda from autopalace, I will change my review to 3 stars from 1 because you took time to reply to me.
I am looking for a new car and Mazda 3 is one of my choices, I chose this Mazda dealship because of the good comments regarding communication and the fact that they speak English. Little did I knew, went here today, Saturday morning, inside was a very very arrogant guy, sitting behind his computer, didn't even felt the need to get up and greet his customers. I asked him if he speaks English he said no, which is fine, but as soon as I opened my mouth to ask him if there is anyone else that speaks english before I finish my second word, he said NO.
I am not there to beg you to give me a car for free, I am looking to buy a car, you are there to sell me one. You are obligated to be polite and respectful the same way I am towards you.
I will give it another try on another day, maybe it was bad timing or it was a language barrier, untill then my score will remain 1 star.
