We did not feel welcomed at all and the personnel was rude to us. From the second we put our foot through the door, it felt like she wanted us to leave. Do not go here if you are not Czech.

I bought a beautiful newsboy cap of theirs over the internet, it arrived the very next day, at which point I realised I was stupid and ordered the wrong size. I called in, they were very nice to me and very willing to help, and even arranged for me to come and exchange it for a bigger size (They said they would exchange it even if I just sent it to them by post, but I really wanted to wear the cap just two days after that on a Bob Mintzer concert, so I opted to come exchange it in person, since the postal service wouldn't deliver it quickly enough.) When I arrived at their shop, they were very nice and offered very valuable hat advice, without which, I would've been stuck with a wrong sized hat yet again. (I got an S, which I couldn't put on my head at all, wanted to exchange it for an M, which I could wear, but it was still really tight, and without their advice, I would've just left with that. However, they advised me to get an even larger size, since a newsboy cap should never fit tightly on one's head, it should be looser, and I'm very glad they did, the cap I got in the end is very comfortable and fits me nicely, even if it's loose.) They were able to exchange it without any problem, and overall, all interaction with them was nothing but a pleasure. The newsboy cap I got there looks really nice, as nice as in the photo on the internet, it feels nice on the head, and is exactly the hat I've been looking for for over a year now. Being in their store in person, what I got from there was not only a perfect newsboy cap, a few spacers for it just in case, and invaluable hat information (how to wear them correctly, how to clean my precious cap, what not to do with it, etc.), I also saw their incredible assortment of hats and caps of all kinds, all looking very very nice indeed. If I ever need another high quality cap, I think I know where to go. All in all, I 100% recommend this shop to anybody and everybody, who's looking for a good hat.
