Byl profesionální, vstřícný a věcný, při výběru ze tří vozů mi všechny předvedl a otevřeně poskytl informace vč. historie. Zkušební jízda i prohlídka s vlastním mechanikem byla bez problémů a vybrané auto jsem koupil, zatím jsem spokojený. Pane Bielický, děkuji Vám. Co by se rozhodně dalo zlepšit, je komunikace a trvání koupě. Reakce CarNextu je zřejmě kvůli interním procesům pomalejší a kompletní přepis a předání auta od zaplacení trvá až dva týdny. Administrativa jde přes externí společnost, se kterou asi vázne komunikace. Ale když si počkáte, výsledek se dostaví. Klidně bych koupil vůz přes CarNext znovu s tím, že administrativu bych si vyřídil sám během 1 dne. I bought a used car here, I was satisfied with the dealings of the seller, Mr. Bielický. He was professional, helpful and matter-of-fact, when choosing from three cars, he showed me all of them and openly provided information, incl. history. The test drive and the inspection with my own mechanic were without problems and I bought the selected car, so far I am satisfied. Mr. Bielický, thank you. What could definitely be improved is the communication and the duration of the purchase. CarNext's response is apparently slower due to internal processes, and a complete transcript and delivery of the car takes up to two weeks after payment. The administration goes through an external company, with which communication is probably bound. But if you wait, the result will come. I would easily buy a car via CarNext again, with the proviso that I would handle the administration myself within 1 day.
M	Mirka Pourova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný přístup p.Bielickeho od začátku komunikace až do předání vozu,všechny dotazy byly zodpovězeny..jsme moc spokojeni,dokonce jsme dostali dárek v podobě prodloužené záruky na 3 roky na vše co se týče mechaniky a elektroniky..když bychom někdy chtěli kupovat další vůz,tak jedině u Carnext Mr. Bielicke's amazing approach from the beginning of the communication to the handover of the car, all questions were answered..we are very satisfied, we even received a gift in the form of an extended warranty of 3 years for everything related to mechanics and electronics..when we would ever want to buy more car, so only at Carnext

Nákup vozidla je pro mě vždycky nepříjemná věc, protože člověk má strach,aby nenarazil na podvodníky,ale to vás tady trápit nemusí.K vozidlu jako jejich majitelé mají veškerou dokumentaci, včetně dokumentace a fotografií případného poškození a další historie vozidla,servisy atd... Skvělý přístup v našem případě p. Horáčka, příjemný člověk,vše vysvětlí, moje připomínky ke stavu vozu nechali prověřit a opravit na vlastní náklady v servisu včetně nové technické, která v dubnu po 4 letech končila. Ikdyz jsme to měli 170 km a pokud si nenecháte auto přivist, jedete tam dvakrát , rozhodně nelituji.Auto nám dělá radost a příště určitě zase navštívíme s klidným svědomím váš podnik. They have all the documentation for the vehicle as their owners, including documentation and photos of possible damage and other vehicle history, services, etc .. The great approach in our case, Mr. Horáček, a pleasant person, will explain everything, they had my comments on the condition of the car checked and repaired at their own expense in the service, including a new technical one, which ended in April after 4 years. Although we had 170 km and if you do not let the car pick you up, you go there twice, I definitely do not regret it. The car makes us happy and next time we will definitely visit your company again with a clear conscience.
F	Filip Valenta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ auto top stav, odpovídající popisku... dokonce daleko větší výbava než byla udávána. skvělý zákaznický servis, trpělivost s mými dotazy, dovoz automobilu domů, dořešení koupě i mezi vánočnimi svátky, platilo vše na čem jsme se dohodli. pokud se u Vás příště zase objeví alfa a já budu zrovna poptávat neváhám. děkuji car top condition, matching the label ... even far more equipment than stated. great customer service, patience with my questions, car delivery home, purchase completion even between the Christmas holidays, everything we agreed on paid off. if you have an alpha next time and I just ask, I don't hesitate. Told us that if we find something wrong we can come back, etc... All was fine, then two weeks later. It was hot and we tried the Air conditioning and it did not work (never tried before purchase). They picked up the car, fixed it (so they say) and when we tried, same problem , not fixed. they did this twice, .. it is blowing hot air on half of the car! hot! I do not need to be a mechanic to know this.. They said that they will call us back and fix, but now they just disappeared. Not very nice. Now we are stuck and we will have to go to the dealership and get it fixed and pay more. They did not honor their commitment. Still trying to get them to do what they promised before purchase. Update: we have to be fair. After a few more calls to sales, service made an appointment for us at the dealership. The car was fixed at no expense to us. In the end they did everything that they promised, what a shame that we had to complain so much to get the result. In the end all is well.
