Cartel Pizza Bosonohy

Huge disappointment. Calzone was very average, but she did, but the pizza was the poorest I've ever seen, including frozen from the box. In Hawaii, three small slices of ham and a pineapple wheel were torn together. I didn't even feel Mozzarella at all, it was more like the cream itself. Production costs maybe twenty crowns. When I look at the reviews, either the pizzeria or the business plan has had to change.

We have been ordering Bosonohy from Cartel for more than half a year as we live with our roommate in Lískovec. From the beginning a bomb, fast import (free to us), a fairly normal price and always nice and a decent courier as well as people on the phone always loved and saved. But the last two orders were very weak for me in terms of the pizza itself. The pizza is dry, the dough is as thin as two slices of ham and the overall impression of the pizza is much weaker and we really don't like it much compared to what it used to be. Overall, the pizza comes to me even in terms of weight cheated. Unfortunately, we ordered from you regularly and gladly and always both satisfied. But my last orders were disappointing :( We will definitely order again sometime, but I hope that you will solve the problem in the near future because I firmly believe that I am not the only one who finds the same thing. I'll pay the extra 10kc so that the pizza is as it should be, thank you and have a nice day.

My experience: Delivery - the courier called me that he would arrive in 10 minutes - ok I take it at least I prepared for it, but then he arrived in front of the house and didn't call? The Lord probably expected me to go out for 10 minutes and look out for him. It doesn't matter - I waited at the front door just for the courier to wave at me to come to the car - he didn't even get out and we solved everything through the passenger window. He then handed me Coke, which I ordered to eat just to find out that she was already open and drunk !!! I refused Coke and the courier offered to return my money in cash - since our street is narrow, so traffic was already blocked and we agreed to back off and we would do it about 10 meters away, where there was already space. I stepped along the parked cars and the courtyard began to back up - I stood in the direction where it was backing, but with the car behind me, so nothing could happen if the courier did not crash. Of course - what didn't happen - while reversing, my master almost crushed my shin on a parked car, crashing the vehicle next door. We handled pizza and refunds for Coke. The courier then got out and just wiped the damage with his hand - of course he got in the car and left - the damage was considerable (don't worry, the Police subsequently called :)) I acquainted the branch with these facts - unfortunately without a reaction. Cartel's pizza itself is excellent, but before everything was resolved, mine was already cold :) There's a place for improvement at Quesadilla, but it tastes good - maybe it will soon tune in like their pizza. I give 2 stars for the fact that Cartel pizza has no client service and was not able to handle the courier's actions or apologize for it. The pizza itself is otherwise 4.0-4.5 stars // Edit - the courier arrived with my new order and apologized for the courier's actions above - so correct my rating :)

Great pizza! We were very satisfied. We have a pizzeria close by, so we will order more often. We used Menu Pablo, where you can choose 3 pizzas for 485 CZK. The pizza arrived warm, it was very tasty, we didn't know which one to pounce on first.
