Každý detail vyčištěn, ošetřen, koberce jak nové + čištění ozonem dodalo autu svěžest. Rychlost práce taky paráda, druhý den dopoledne vše hezky připraveno na vyzvednutí. Druhý den na mne čekalo vozidlo, které jsem nepoznával. Nejen, že kapota byla opět jako nová, ale auto bylo taktéž perfektně umyto! Skvělá cena, skvělá služba - rozhodně se na pana Vognara obrátím i v budoucnu. Auto po vyčištění prokouklo ano, ale bohužel bych si profesionální čištění firmou pana Vognara představoval poněkud jinak. Interiér nebyl zcela vyčištěn, na lesklých částech klavírového laku byly čmouhy, přihrádky ve dveřích nebyly řádně vyčištěny, a byly místa, kterých se nikdo ani netknul. Nejvíce mne mrzelo, že se během čištěníá musela u kodiaqa rozštelovat ochranná lišta dveří proti odření, která se na místě ještě ulomila. Navíc mám podezření, že během čištění došlo k natržení koženého sedáku u řidiče a že došlo čištěním sedaček k poškození větráku pro odvětráváná sedaček. Panem Vognarem mi bylo přislíbeno, že interiér dočistí a ochrannou lištu vymění. Bohužel jsem již neměl ve firmu Carwash důvěru a auto si nechal dočistit a upravit jinde. Na výzvu k uhrazení alespoň této kompenzace jsem do dnešního dne bez reakce. Ve fotografiích přikládám foto jak mi bylo auto předáno a navíc pro porovnání jak se dá kůže vyčistit jinou firmou v HK(volant a sedačky). Z celé akce pro mne plyne ponaučení, žesi do budoucna budu interiér raději čistit sám nebo úplně jinde. Unfortunately, the wow effect from the above reviews did not come to me. After cleaning, the car looked through yes, but unfortunately I would have imagined professional cleaning by Mr. Vognar in a slightly different way. The interior was not completely cleaned, there were smudges on the shiny parts of the piano lacquer, the compartments in the door were not properly cleaned, and there were places that no one even touched. What I was most sorry about was that during the cleaning, the abrasion protection strip on the kodiaq had to split, which still broke on the spot. In addition, I suspect that the driver's leather seat was torn during cleaning and that the seats for the ventilated seats were damaged by cleaning the seats. Mr. Vognar promised me that he would clean the interior and replace the protective strip. Unfortunately, I no longer trusted Carwash and had the car cleaned and modified elsewhere. To this day, I have no response to the call for at least this compensation. In the photos I enclose a photo of how the car was handed over to me and also for comparison how the skin can be cleaned by another company in HK (steering wheel and seats). The lesson for me from the whole event is that in the future I would rather clean the interior myself or completely elsewhere.
