So where to start .... at a certain company that specializes in manual car wash, I bought a hourly program "premium" .. in the program outside the treatment of tires, scent interior, or applying wax, is also polishing windows and mirrors etc .. the car after the intervention of a professional for 500kč had to take to the manual dishwasher and do it all over again ... not only that the car appeared black blood from something (I have a light body color), but "Pro" me and with a rag, he completely greased the windshield, which was noticeably reflected in the sun. The dashboard, which was me polished with a special spray is suddenly flecked and throws different shades, depending on where the man's hands reached and where he reached the rag. The scent of the interior may have forgotten in the "so many" jobs ... The discs wore a drop of water, but a smudge that had been there from the very beginning, waiting for me after the procedure. So in the end I would like to thank the car wash for vacuuming the interior and next time for the 500kč (without discount 690kč) I probably wash the car in the garden itself. For this amount, I imagine a slightly different service ... I will never show up there again. Thank you

Purchased the highest Exlusive program for 1950, - which basically contains everything they are able to offer. Outside generally no comments. Inside, the care for the semi-leather interior and the door panels, which were really nice to see, were positively evaluated. Plastic is treated well, without smudges, no remnants of products, etc. Deep cleaning of seats and carpets in order. There was a warning of the residual moisture in the seats and the recommendation to let it dry overnight in the garage with the windows open. There was also a plastic on the seat in the car so that you would not get wet after a short ride. Now for the worse. For these finances and to this extent, I would expect that almost everything would be treated / vacuumed. But unfortunately not. After picking up, do not vacuum the space under the armrest, the storage compartment in front of the gear lever and a few other compartments, which are normally hidden by different covers and doors, so at first glance it is not visible that no one touched them. I do not know if a person who deliberately omits this relies on the fact that one notices it later and after departure, but just in all these places, you very soon look. Likewise, the windows from the inside are rather muddled than polished. In the underground garage you do not have a chance to notice when you take over, but it will show up immediately on the first light exit. Likewise, someone forgot to wipe the instrument panel plastic cover in front of the steering wheel. It is hard to say what anyone is counting on, but just all these places are immediately in the driver's field of vision, so they will not "hide" and completely spoil the impression of the whole event. Overall, 50/50 satisfaction, something went well, something went down the line. Obsluha pleasant. If I want to treat and wash the car from the outside, I have no problem with them. In the future, I will deal with someone else who wants to do it properly. Generally speaking, for 1950, - CZK this program certainly is not worth it.

After choosing an expensive program, I expected the car to be really clean in all gaps. Unfortunately, I found that the trunk remained intact, the gaps between the seats too, so crumbs still in place, pass and hand lever with the parts under the backrest also remained with a dust roll. Too bad, I was looking forward to the car's jewelery for the money.

I took over the car after 7 o'clock of their work and was not surprised. The motto of my young years in the war, what is wet is clean would look wonderful in their advertising. Horror and terror. Today, when everything dries, the car is more dirty than when I put it there. Please note that the car was washed in a dishwasher and vacuumed before delivery. They say they don't do detailing! Everyone rims out the car at home or in the dishwasher, and the same with washing. It is for this detailing that one uses a professional. But what these show is horrible. The door from the bottom is not washed, there is also no cleaning between the seat and the central tunnel, there is said to be no place. There is probably no space between the alarm clocks and some ventilation vents are not of interest to them at all. If you don't want to get into trouble with the law and you have a character and character like me, don't go there. You would have to kill them. Too bad for time, nerves and money. I've been doing the car again for 4 hours and on my own, and I'll be done in no time. A young lady also took over and they told you that the one who did her car would end up with them and that he was already at home. So he's unlucky. If she is dissatisfied, let her pay and go elsewhere next time. Well, a massacre both in terms of services and negotiations. I don't like doing it as a car mechanic, and perhaps for the first time in my life, but I had to write this review. I will repeat myself, but save time, nerves and money and still to pro !!!

Absolutely unprofessional approach, inability to admit a mistake, total arrogance. The car is returned in a condition in which you can get it yourself in 20 minutes of work. If you have the opportunity to use any other cleaning variant, then use it. You will save your money, time and, above all, the energy spent on the subsequent complaint, which they do not even bother to deal with and sweep it from the table !!

An appointment is agreed two weeks in advance and then there is a delay of 4 hours, if one knows in advance, it will be arranged differently. Absolute unprofessionalism in this regard. A year ago I put a car there and I was very happy, now definitely not for that kind of money. The cleaning went well, but for the money and so many hours it should be at least standard. If the mercury car can't handle it due to the onslaught of cars, I recommend securing a calendar with orders.

Absolute satisfaction! The car looks like new. They even cleaned up the oil stains in the trunk and the white paint on the deck, which I thought would stay. It was no problem to arrange a time. ♥ ️
