Auto původně středně znečištěné mi bylo předáno absolutně čisté, všechny koberečky a sedačky perfektně vytepované + kompletní palubovka, plasty a okna v lesku :) Ostatním mohu jen doporučit skvělou a milou obsluhu, s dalším čistěním vozu opět jedině sem. Moc díky, RM ;) First experience and I have to recommend it to everyone !!! The car, originally moderately soiled, was handed over to me absolutely clean, all carpets and seats perfectly heated + complete deck, plastics and windows in shine :) I can only recommend the others a great and nice service, with further cleaning of the car again only here. Thanks a lot, RM;)

J	Jaroslav Muras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi jsem to čekal trochu lepší... ruční mytí, tzn. Vezme houbu, kartáč a umyje odolnější fleky. To se nestalo. Kola a podvozek myje mašina... ale ta zespodu nestrika. Takže vlastně jen položka, která je na seznamu. Poté co auto uschlo, byla spousta fleku zpět... program silver, tzn. 2. nejdražší, pak už je jen vosk navíc... I guess I expected it a little better ... hand wash, ie. He takes a sponge, brush and washes harder stains. It did not happen. The wheels and the chassis are washed by a machine ... but it doesn't spray from below. So actually just an item that's on the list. After the car dried, there was a lot of stain back ... the silver program, ie. 2nd most expensive, then there is only extra wax ...

There are cars with love .. you get free coffee, for a few ducks or something from the refrigerator..and most importantly, "non-Karlovy Vary" prices..I recommend!

Sice se vzadu věnovali své práci, ale recepci měli celou dobu bez dohledu. Bylo by dobré nějaké upozornění pro obsluhu, když vejde zákazník. ??‍♂️ Ovšem další dnešní špatná zkušenost je s přístupem pána, který mi měl ručně umýt auto, protože myčka byla mimo provoz. Slečna mi nabídla místo myčky ruční mytí, což bylo super. Ale za chvilku mi pán otevřel dveře, že si musím vystoupit, protože to bude trvat půl hodiny. ? Jelikož jsem s tak dlouhou dobou nepočítal a nebyl na to připraven, tak jsem mu řekl, ať si nechají peníze a pustí mně odjet bez umytí, že na tohle fakt čas nemám. ? Prostě přístup velmi špatný a už tam nikdy nepojedu. ? I also have my second unpleasant experience with waiting for the staff in the morning when I was there alone. Since I hadn't expected such a long time and wasn't ready for it, I told him to keep the money and let me go without washing, that I really didn't have time for this. ? Just a very bad approach and I will never go there again. ?
s	sumetz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V myčce jsem byl poprvé, po příjezdu jsem nikoho neviděl, myčka byla prázdná, tak jsem vystoupil a šel hledat obsluhu. Pán po chvilce přišel a informoval mě že na pultu mají zvonek , příště už budu vědět.. Ceníky jsem nějak moc nepochopil, na webu mají program GOLD za 249kč, pán mi ukázal ceník kde byl program s voskem za 279kč + že si to mám nechat předopláchnout za 50kč aby ten vosk k něčemu byl, takže jsem byl na 329kč, říkám ok vyzkouším. Co se týče mytí tak jsem byl spokojen, týpek auto nastříkal chemií a opláchl, poté vše dokončila auto. myčka. Kdybych měl hodnotit jen mytí dám 5 hvězd, ceník a obsluhu bych hodnotil max. na 2 hvězdy, ani tu kávu mi nenabídl, to asi kvůli tomu zvonku :D I was in the dishwasher for the first time, I didn't see anyone on arrival, the dishwasher was empty, so I got out and went looking for staff. As for washing, I was satisfied, the guy sprayed the car with chemicals and rinsed, then the car finished. dishwasher. If I had to rate only washing I would give 5 stars, I would rate the price list and service to a maximum of 2 stars, he didn't even offer me that coffee, probably because of the bell: D
C	Charlie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupil jsem jako dárek - komplet péči. Znovu již ne!! Poprvé jsem byl "slušně" vyhozen, že nám kupón platí ještě 3 týdny. Kdyby nám pán řekl na rovinu, že se mu nechce nebo mají plno. Působilo by to lépe. Jako jediné pozitivu beru, že mi pán vyšel vstříc a mohl jsem tam auto dovézt den předem. Auto bylo další den hotové, krásně uklizené a naleštěné. Nastartovali jsme a najednou nefungoval otáčkoměr (Zřejmě s vodou nešetřili....). Než si mě někdo na recepci všimnul uběhlo dobrých pár minut. Vysvětlil jsem co se stalo a po nějaké chvilce dohadování mi bylo řečeno, že když jim přinesu důkaz, že to způsobili oni, tak to předají pojišťovně. Naštěstí se otáčkoměr rozchodil po 4 dnech (Vyschnul). To ale není jediné, střešní plasty vně auta přišly o část barvy a v interiéru to vypadlo podobně. Když k tomu přidám přístup obsluhy, tak je hodnocení jaké je. I bought it as a gift - a set of care. Not again !! I explained what had happened, and after a while of arguing, I was told that if I brought them proof that they had caused it, they would pass it on to the insurance company. Fortunately, the tachometer broke up after 4 days (dried up). But that's not the only thing, the roof plastics outside the car have lost some of their color and it looked similar inside. When I add the approach of the operator, the evaluation is what it is.
