★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný a ochotný personál. Je vidět, že své práci opravdu rozumí. Přesně řekl, co s tím je a jaké to má řešení. Pokud se oprava nevyplatí, tak vám to řekne narovinu a netahá z vás zbytečně peníze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfektní jednání, domluva na úrovni a kvalitně odvedená práce.
Co mne velmi fascinuje, je ta možnost si u nich uskladnit pneu na další sezónu přezutí, to je prostě bomba ?.
Možná to všichni znají a využívají u jiných servisů, tak si teď poklepou na čelo, že je to normální, ale já jsem invalida a neustále někoho prosit, kdo by mi pomohl dát pneu do auta na přezutí, tak to taky nejde.
Vybíral jsem mezi 3mi servisy a zaujali mne int.stránky CARWESTU.
Přehled o všech pracích, srozumitelné vysvětlení, další a další nabídky, no prostě musím VŠEM říci, že :
Objednal jsem se, Přijel jsem, Viděl jsem a SPOKOJENÝ ODJEL ?...
Veškerá má poklona a úcta patří všem zaměstnancům CARWESTU...

What fascinates me very much is the opportunity to store their tires for the next changing season, it's just a bomb ?.
Maybe everyone knows and uses it at other services, so now they tap their foreheads that it's normal, but I'm disabled and I'm constantly begging someone to help me put the tires in the car for changing, so it's not possible either.
I chose between 3 services and I was interested in the CARWEST website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 10. 5. 2021 v 10:00 hod jsem si převzal auto po doplnění a vyčistění klimatizace. Byl vyměněný i prachový filtr. Co z filtru vypadlo zůstalo bez povšimnutí na koberci. Auto jsem převzal se svítícím nápisem SERVIS na přístrojové desce. Mechanika to zjevně nezajímalo a technik to neviděl, neboť u vozu vůbec nebyl. Kromě toho jsem během jednoho měsíce dvakrát dával dotaz na montáž tažného zařízení. Odpověď žádná. Asi mají mnoho práce, že si mohou zákazníky vybírat.
!!! Doplněno 11. 5. po odpovědi majitele - Možnost montáže tažného zařízení - první dotaz e-mailem ze dne 23.4., - bez odpovědi, druhý dotaz cca týden poté, při osobní návštěvě vaší opravny, kdy jsem si objednal čištění, doplnění klima, mě bylo sděleno: " ano, kolega se tím zabývá, asi komunikuje s dodavatelem, zítra se vám ozve". Opět neozval. Toto neberu jako vyřčenou nabídku o ceně a čase případné montáže tažného zařízení. Ani nevím, jak bych se na to měl vyjádřit. Cenu nevím dodnes.
Na opravu klima si nemohu stěžovat, funguje bez problému, za to děkuji.
Today, May 10, 2021 at 10:00, I took over the car after adding and cleaning the air conditioning. The dust filter was also replaced. What fell out of the filter went unnoticed on the carpet. I took over the car with the illuminated SERVICE sign on the instrument panel. The mechanics obviously didn't care and the technician didn't see it, because he wasn't with the car at all. In addition, I asked twice in one month about the installation of the towing device. No answer. They probably have a lot of work to do with choosing customers.
!!! Completed on 11 May after the owner's answer - Possibility of fitting towing equipment - first question by e-mail from 23 April it was said: "yes, a colleague is dealing with it, he is probably communicating with the supplier, he will contact you tomorrow". He didn't call again. I do not take this as an stated offer about the price and time of possible installation of towing equipment. I don't even know how to comment on that. I don't know the price to this day.
I can't complain about the climate repair, it works without a problem, thank you for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká spokojenost ! Kuna si pochutnala a já měla nepojízdné auto. Poradili, jak bezplatně dopravit nepojízdné auto do servisu, opravili a brzy bylo po problému. Všichni příjemní, ochotní a servis na jedničku.
Great satisfaction! Kuna enjoyed it and I had a stationary car. They advised how to transport the immobile car to the service station free of charge, repaired it and soon there was a problem. All pleasant, helpful and service first.
