Paní prodavačky v obchodě však byly velmi hodné, dokázaly poradit, vysvětlili mi kde se co nachází a dokonce si se mnou i chvíli popovídali. I mladá slečna, která byla u kasy mi poradila a obchod zpříjemnila. S nákupem jsem tak byl naprosto spokojen. On June 16, 2020, in the afternoon, I was buying shoes here. However, the saleswomen in the store were very kind, they were able to advise, they explained to me where it was and even talked to me for a while. Even a young lady who was at the cash register advised me and made the shop more pleasant. I was completely satisfied with the purchase.

Reklamujici už dávno odešel,ale prodavačka si zapisuje reklamaci do papíru a není schopna mě obsloužit. Opravdu katastrofální a drzý přístup k zákazníkům mě odradil od dalších nákupu. Problém s reklamacemi, neznalé prodavačky - příklad z tohoto týdne: u jedné a té samé obuvi na některých krabicích uvedena cena o cca 40 % nižší, zrovna u velikosti, kterou si mamka kupovala byla cena bez slevy - u pokladny se zeptala a byla přesvědčována, že to musely být jiné boty - stačilo by udělat pár kroků a jít se přesvědčit. O cenu nám nakonec ani nešlo, ale prodavačka by to měla vědět, nebo alespoň by si to měla jít zjistit, pokud ji na to někdo upozorní.
