Z	Zuzana Krátká on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme v 8 lidech v Chorvatsku s Čedokem. Za nás nedoporučujeme. Vedoucí píseckého Čedoku nás ujišťovala, že 2 apartmány budeme mít vedle sebe. Na check-in jsme zjistili, že jeden apartmán bude volný až za 2 hodiny a navíc apartmány byly asi 20 min od sebe. Což už na místě nikdo vyřešit nedokázal. Každý apartmán měl mít výhled na moře, což bylo ve výsledku u obou apartmánů z výhledu asi 2cm kousku moře. Příště už zvolíme jinou CK. We were in 8 people in Croatia with Čedok. We do not recommend it for us. The head of Písek's Čedok assured us that we would have 2 apartments next to each other. At check-in we found that one apartment would be available in 2 hours and in addition the apartments were about 20 minutes apart. Which no one could solve on the spot. Each apartment was to have a sea view, which was the result of both apartments with a view of about 2 cm piece of sea. Next time we will choose another travel agency.
M	Martin Brož on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupodivu perzonál na naší pobočce v Písku je v porovnání s perzonálem v hlavním sídle velmi milý a snaží se klientovi vyjít vstříc. (Proto jedna hvězda navíc - jinak by měli jednu) co se však týká centrály tak ta je na odstřel. Platí zde asi když ptáčka lapají pěkně mu zpívají. Ale jakmile ho mají, tak si hrají na mrtvého brouka. Reklamace nikdo neřeší, respektive není se kam dovolat, linka jen vyzvání a to několik dnů po sobě, delegáti jsou jen aby vám ukázali cestu z letiště do hotelu, ale jinak po nich nic nechtějte, protože očividně je jen otravujete v jejich nic nedělání. S Čedokem poprvé a naposledy na dovolenou, příště raději opět konkurenci, zde se aspoň nemusím bát, že mě delegát řekne že problém je vyřešen poté co nasedám do letadla zpět do ČR. Skvělá práce! (Na fotce hodinová fronta na snídaně, obědy, večeře - hotel s více jak 300 pokoji má jen 4 lidi na obsluhu - dle Čedoku to ale neni žádný problém). Surprisingly, the staff at our branch in Písek is very nice compared to the staff at the headquarters and tries to accommodate the client. (Therefore one extra star - otherwise they would have one) but as for the headquarters, it is for blasting. This is probably true here when they catch a bird and sing it nicely. But once they have it, they play the dead beetle. No one solves complaints, or there is nowhere to call, the line just calls for a few days in a row, the delegates are just to show you the way from the airport to the hotel, but otherwise do not want anything from them, because you are obviously just bothering them in doing nothing. With Čedok for the first and last time on holiday, next time I prefer the competition again, here at least I don't have to worry that the delegate will tell me that the problem is solved after I get on the plane back to the Czech Republic. Good job! (In the photo, an hour queue for breakfast, lunch, dinner - a hotel with more than 300 rooms has only 4 people to serve - but according to Čedok, this is not a problem).
