V době Covidu jsem si zvyknul nakupovat přes e-shop a zboží jsem si nechal poslat na prodejnu a vždy ještě něco koupil. Poslední zakázka za několik tisíc korun. Po rozbalení doma jsem zjistil, že mám vytažené oko a šel jsem hned druhy nebo třetí den reklamovat. Vše v pořádku a očekával jsem výměnu svetru. Ale po nějaké době přišel mail, že reklamace nebyla uznána. Pro mě překvapeni. Znovu jsem komunikoval a odpověď, že jsem svetr nosil a vadu si udělal sám. Předáno právníkovi a po sepsání dopisu, odpověď pozitivní. Nešlo to udělat hned? Díky této zkušenosti neobjednávat u této firmy z e-shopu. Jsou prý jiné podmínky než nákup v kamenném obchodě. Raději si vše hned prohlédnout. Ale u mě důvěra v tuto firmu již skončila. Nic již nic u nich nekoupím. Jinak obsluha v ÚL super. Budou mi chybět ?

But after some time, an e-mail arrived stating that the complaint had not been accepted. Surprised for me. I communicated again and the answer was that I wore a sweater and made the defect myself. Handed over to the lawyer and after writing the letter, the answer is positive. Wasn't it possible to do it now? Thanks to this experience, do not order from this company from the e-shop. It is said that the conditions are different than buying in a stone shop. You'd better see everything right away. But my confidence in this company is over. I won't buy anything from them anymore. Otherwise the service in ÚL super. I will miss them ?
