Když si najmete odhadce , tak uděláte 100x lépe. Zaregistroval jsem se, zaplatil, aplikace mi dala informaci o stavebním pozemku jako o poli, zmizel mi kredit a nevim nic, ale aspoň jsem o pár korun lehčí :-D An insignificant application that draws only money from you. Ovšem 7 ze 40 bylo rozhodně nerelevantních- nabízely totiž pronájem neexistujících bytů v mém vlastním domě. Žádné byty jsem v tu dobu nepronajímala, neodpovídaly ostatně ani výměry, ani popis vybavení bytů a ani popis domu jako takového. Je otázka, nakolik relevantní výsledky z takto smyšlených dat můžou vzniknout. Zaplatila jsem 450 kvůli představě o prodejní ceně nějakých pozemků, ale po téhle zkušenosti nemám odvahu výsledkům věřit !!! Opravdu lituji, že jsem si předem nepřečetla recenze !! Prostředí velmi jednoduché, hned mi to dalo cenu a odhadce, který přišel od banky ohledně hypotečního úvěru mi řekl, že tu samou mapu taky používá. Tedy neměl jsem problém s prodejem bytu, když si vzal pán s dítetem hypotéku, vyšlo to akorát a já hned prodal.
