I appreciate the perfect work for animals in need and sometimes stressed people. They helped me with a kitten that suddenly appeared in our garden. If I didn't go on vacation, I would keep it. It was small, so he needs care and our cat was crazy about him. That's how it came in handy that I could leave in peace, knowing that someone would take care of the stray animal.

Well, this harbor is really a terrible unpleasant ship's reluctance and disgust of communicating with people. I was going to adopt some dog and it was the third dog that they said to me and then suddenly we can not give it to you and I'm already going with disgust but there is a clue that I love dogs and I do it just for them !!

Hello, my second visit during the holidays in the Ústí nad Labem shelter turned out to be "bad" again. I met a friend and children with the incredible reluctance of a shelter worker. 4 children - 1 male ?? This is difficult to explain, but I understand certain rules of the shelter. So I also made a card to have dogs 2. As the technician was angry, I was told that I had to wait 30 minutes??‍♀️ In the end it was only 10 minutes but a "mountain" explaining to the children why it went last month and now not? ?‍♀️??‍♀️ When we went to return the dogs, the lady took the leashes from our hands with the words - end of the walk, end of the visit to the shelter? children excited to look at all the dogs, give them a sponge cake, say goodbye and the lady throws us out like this . But because there were people around the pens, the children took a few sponge cakes and went to please the dogs. And lo and behold - the lady throws them out with the words don't give them anything and go home !! That disgusting, reluctant tone of voice was also heard by us mothers - but we could not speak, the children came running crying. Why can't they and those people jooo? So comforting children and explaining why this is the case? Even by mistake!!! I still believe that the worker has a better approach to animals than she had to us ... but I still think that if she doesn't like the job or goes to treat her frustration elsewhere. We all have the right to have a jerk day, but we still have to maintain a professional approach. Where would my families come if I - as their social worker had such an approach to people as this worker in the Ústí nad Labem shelter, a worker who is supposed to help animals ?? I hope that the next time I go there - we will have a better experience

I understand it's a shelter and I'll take a dog there if he meets our dog, but the people? ? you used to take a look and took the dog on a leash ?. Today I will give you a dog and not that they would like to, but to face as if you were bad. You can see from all there are part-time workers who are not dogs. I wanted to try one dog with mine but Mr. told me that it is risky, I really do not want to risk it that they will fight at home and I will pay 2 thousand for returning the dog if there were nice people I would give 5 stars because the staff is there for nothing.
