J	Jiri Fiala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odpovednost za zpusobene skody nulova. Jejich zamestnanec mi pri seceni travy rozbil okno u vozidla (chapu, muze se stat). Tuto situaci jsem nahlasil a nasledovalo byrokraticke kolecko zdrzovani, hledani vinika a podobne. Zhruba po tydnu nikam nevedouci komunikace jsem vozidlo nechal opravit na vlastni naklady (cena opravy 10k CZK + pujcovne auta 1900CZK). Posledni 3 mesice od nich pozaduji zaplaceni castky za pujceni vozu (cenu opravy jsem resil ze sve pojistky), bohuzel bez vysledku. Pravidelne urgence, ignorace a absolutni nezajem na vyreseni po mem jiz tak velmi vstricnem pristupu. Teto firme se obloukem vyhnout, komunikace je do nebe volajici. 1/5 je prehnane pozitivni hodnoceni, bohuzel mene dat nelze. No liability for damage caused. After about a week of nowhere leading the road I had the vehicle repaired at its own cost (repair price 10k CZK + rental car 1900CZK). For the last 3 months I have asked them to pay the amount for renting the car (I repaired the price of my insurance), unfortunately without a result. Regular urgency, ignorance and absolute interest in solving after my already very approaching approach. Avoid this firm with an arch, communication is caller to heaven. 1/5 is exaggerated positive rating, unfortunately less data can not.

Nedoporučuji jakoukoliv spolupráci či zakázky. Only the worst experience. Problems of managed real estate do not appear in the job description. I am very sorry about this approach. Úředníci z dceřiny firmy CENTRA PRO jsou naprosto neschopní, prodlužují termíny, nereagují na naše výzvy a pořád jsou na dovolené (nebo to aspoň tvrdí když už zvednou telefon). Na poslední, teoreticky definitivní schůzí bytového družstva domluvili jsme se na likvidaci družstva ke dnu 30.6 a na naše opakované výzvy potvrzení likvidace pán úředník (M.S.) odpověděl, že neví, jestli se do konce roku k tomu dostane. Ale za správu družstva samozřejmě pořád platíme... Je to neuvěřitelně smutné, možná levnější a účinnější by bylo podání žaloby. For 2 years we have been struggling to liquidate a housing cooperative and the service that the company provides absolutely fails. Officials from the CENTRA PRO subsidiary are totally incapacitated, prolonging deadlines, not responding to our challenges, and are still on holiday (or at least say so when they pick up the phone). At the last, theoretically definite meeting of the housing cooperative, we agreed to liquidate the cooperative on 30.6 and to our repeated calls for confirmation of liquidation Mr. official (M.S.) replied that he does not know if by the end of the year. But of course we still pay for managing the team ... It's incredibly sad, maybe cheaper and more effective would be bringing a lawsuit.

Podobá se to spíše souboru ochotníků než spravcovské firmě. We have experience - only the worst. I recommend avoiding this company by arc. Ignoruje jakékoliv své závazky a při řešení problémů se stává asertivní byrokratickou společností, která si pokouší "vyřvat" své vlastní podmínky a absolutně není schopná jakékoliv sebereflexe. Opravdu radím dát ruce pryč, pokud vám jde o slušné jednání a jakoukoliv vstřícnou komunikaci. Jednoznačně nedoporučuji! Stačí se podívat i na další recenze (od ověřených uživatelů Google - ne pouze s 1 recenzí) společnosti a budete mít jasno. A company that lacks any awareness of decent communication. He ignores any of his commitments and, in solving problems, becomes an assertive bureaucratic society that tries to "rip out" its own conditions and is absolutely incapable of any self-reflection. I really advise you to put your hands away when it comes to decent behavior and any friendly communication. I definitely do not recommend! Just look at other reviews (from verified Google users - not just with 1 review) of the company and you will be clear.

Slušné chování jim vůbec není vlastní, žádné pochopení, natož snaha problémy řešit či dokonce vyřešit . Uslyšíte plno výmluv proč to nejde . Ale dobrý správce se nepozná podle toho proč daný problém nejde řešit a plno dalších výmluv, správný správce se snaží a hledá důvody jak řešit a posléze vyřešit. Takže ve výmluvách jsou jednička , ale to je tak vše. " Skutek utek" . Mám-li přidat ještě jedno rčení , které na společnost CENTRA dobře sedí - tak by to bylo " Když ptáčka lapají, pěkně mu zpívají ". Všem doporučuji vybrat si menší firmu, kde mají zaměstnanci nějakou odpovědnost za svou práci-- zde to rozhodně neplatí. Odpovědnost nemá tím pádem žádnou ani společnost- pozor. Nezaslouží si ani jednu hvězdičku v hodnocení, ale bez vyznačení alespoň této jedné hvězdičky nelze příspěvek zveřejnit. I also have to agree with the negative experience with this company.
