Very bad experience with printing a bachelor's thesis. Is it really that difficult to check if the product is in order before handing it over to the customer?
M	Michal Dannyx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodavačka, blondýna... Neuvěřitelné nepříjemna osoba, které vysloveně vadilo uz jen to, že jsme přišli do obchodu natoz kdyz jsme po ní něco chtěli. Neustále měla tendenci být vůči nam nepříjemná, svymi otázky z nás dělala ráda blbce před ostatními. Myslím že by se takto obsluha chovát neměla. Nedoporučuji sem chodit. Odradí vás uz jen tím, že vstoupíte dovnitř a neco chcete. Saleswoman, blonde ... An unbelievable unpleasant person who was just bothered by the fact that we came to the store much when we wanted her. She always tended to be uncomfortable with us, and she asked us questions to make us stupid about others. I don't think the staff should behave like this. I don't recommend coming here. It just takes you by stepping in and wanting something.

Přestože jsem přinesla k vytištění podklady, které omylem v šabloně přesně neseděly, paní byla ochotná a udělala co mohla aby byl výsledek pěkný :) Doporučuji Friendly staff, print while you wait. Although I brought to print the documents, which mistakenly in the template did not fit, the lady was willing and did what could make the result nice :) I recommend

K tomu vážně není co dodat :D Staff horror, waiting crazy, visiting only in extreme need. EDIT: Copycenter's answer to my review after 3 years! Seriously ?! There really is nothing to add: D
S	Sára Rejchrtová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkuju naprosto kyselý paní / slečně za její prozákaznický přístup, který evidentně nechala doma. Domnění, že budu odcházet s perfektní skládací brožurou a poukazem v ní byla mylná a naivní. Slečna si to vytiskla bez ořezovek, ořez ani sama nenabídla a při prosbě o něj příliš nadšená nebyla. Brožura však vzhledem k ořezu bez ořezovek neseděla, stejně jako poukaz, který se do ní ani nevešel. Po žádosti o větší seříznutí se na nás už slečna ani nepodívala. :) Vypadá tedy, že jediná funkční komponenta tohohle copy centra je tiskárna samotná. Nikdy víc. Thank you absolutely sour lady / lady for her pro-customer approach, which she obviously left at home. The assumption that I would leave with a perfect folding brochure and a voucher in it was wrong and naive. The young lady printed it out without clippings, didn't even offer the clipping herself, and she wasn't too thrilled when she asked for it. However, due to the cut without the clippings, the brochure did not fit, as did the voucher, which did not even fit into it. After asking for a bigger cut, the young lady didn't even look at us anymore. :) So it seems that the only functional component of this copy center is the printer itself. Never more.
V	Voj007ta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji! Potřeboval jsem vytisknout několik stran z dokumentu PDF a předem jasně upozornil požadovaný počet str. Slečna mi však účtovala i prázdné stránky... Argumentace pravděpodobně paní nadřízené (vše slyšela), bylo to tam... Škoda mluvit. Nekorektní jednání skoro jako v supermarketu, kde vám ale narozdíl od tohoto místa přeplatek vrátí, pokud na to včas přijdete. I do not recommend! I needed to print a few pages from a PDF document and clearly pointed out the required number of pages in advance. However, the young lady also charged me blank pages ... Arguments probably to the superior (she heard everything), it was there ... It's a shame to talk. Improper conduct almost like in a supermarket, where, unlike this place, your overpayment will be refunded if you find out in time.

Šla jsem si tam vytisknout 3x obyčejnou A4 a strávila jsem tam něco přes 20 minut... I was there at a bad time, the lady was there alone, dealing with phone calls that made waiting even longer. I went there to print 3 ordinary A4s and I spent a little over 20 minutes there ...
A	ALEX LEEBENBAUM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this shop last Saturday to print my dissertation and I can say that this shop gave me the best printing experience ever in Munich. The owner and the staff were very nice and professional, and they were extremely patient in helping me deal with the problems I encountered throughout the process. If you have a printing need, this is a great shop to visit. P.s. This shop is also open on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, so it's not a problem to print on Saturdays.
