V	Vit Otahal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with proffesional and kind staff. It is situated in nice place close to center of beautiful historical city of Olomouc.

Good hotel in a good city The building is of the Soviet period, which was evident from the whitewashed ceiling in the room and the not very thick walls. However, I don’t think it’s a bad thing, the walls didn’t cause discomfort. I hope this won’t cause discomfort to other guests The room was clean, my friend and I checked it for fresh cleaning and we were pleased with the result All equipment in the room worked properly The staff are very friendly and speak English and Russian. There are Ukrainians among the staff, which made me happy as a Ukrainian Breakfast at this hotel is excellent. A rich selection of buffet that obviously won’t leave a guest hungry Location of the building is also pretty neat The only bad thing that I noticed during my entire stay at this hotel was traces of fungus in the shower

D	Diana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work stay in Olomouc was great! Hotel in the center of the city was very nice. Even with ongoing reconstruction everything was clean. Comfortable new rooms, cool and helpful personnel with wealthy breakfast.

The location is great and in front of a huge Park for have a walk, near by the center and everything you need. The staff is great, they speak in english and will help you on everything! Huge thank you for Martin and Zuzana from the reception who have been allways there for us, great people and huge knowledge from the City. An hotel to come back

Complaint management: "Zero" Friendliness of the staff at the reception at departure: "not available" The staff is simply not interested in finding out whether the guest was satisfied or whether there are any suggestions for improvement. In addition, I speak Czech and have lived in Olomouc for more than 16 years. Only the hotel kitchen is really recommendable. Resume: It was my 3rd stay at this hotel and by far the worst ever at a hotel. This is unworthy to hotel "Flora". What a pity! Next stay will be 10./11.05.2022 in your hotel. We will see what happens. I hope something has changed in the service…
R	Raiko Maremäe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were greeted warmly at the reception and given all the necessary information. Also asked for a place to eat and were recommended to a really nice restaurant. The room is big and equipped with some things i haven't seen in hotels before- for example paper tissues. The breakfast buffet is with rich and tasty selection. And you also notice how clean everything is. 10/10 recommended!
