★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest selection of used digital and analogue cameras of any shop I’ve ever been to and a fantastic selection of analogue films, chemistry and darkroom equipment. Super helpful staff, especially in the film department and a great one-stop-shop for everything photography. Staff in the film and darkroom area are all passionate and knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, not customer friendly, instead of apologizing for delay, man was saying that he can't do anything. A guy on the telephone was refusing to solve a problem for a customer, he was not willing to help when he could pro actively contact photografer to find a portrait. At least he could ask me about a photo and find it together. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front lady with tatoos in shop one first counter was very rude … but the rest of the staff more than amazing … specially the guy down stairs in the used items section I bought two lenses from he he was super nice and the guy with very good English upstairs in the bags sections … without them I would’ve given this shop a 1 star

You can even lend here some photo gear for a reasonable price, thought book it in advance as amount of rental gear is limited.
Pas/ID photo was done within a couple of minutes without need of an appointment.
