The best private transportation service. The lowest prices in Prague, great drivers and overall quality. I haven't had a problem with processed fees for driver-canceled trips. Maybe I'm lucky, but if any case of unfair payments or policy violations occur, you should contact Uber for refunds. Of course, if nothing happens from their side, I would report it to authorities. But I've had multiple trips and they were successful and satisfying. Unlike paying for extremely overpriced, arrogant cab without having any clue about estimated time, at least minimum price (which Uber always calculates) and the route to make sure the driver follows the fastest one. Not to mention cashless payments. The only thing you need is mobile data. Then you're ready to go everywhere Uber is supported with one app. If anyone leaves bad comments about Uber, that's just because they don't know how to solve things. Or they're taxi drivers. Simple.

Very disappointing. The Uber service in Prague is not good as it is in other countries. I started noticing that in first it appears that the car is 2 min away, then it changes to 10, then the driver goes by another way and then you get bored of that and you cancel and then they charge a tax from you (I have seen in several comments here that it happens to many people). Other thing, is that the driver says that he arrived at your place, but he didn't - and then after 5min he cancel the trip and receive again a tax. At first I thought it was from my head, but then i search and there is a lot of people complaining about that. Once I even notice when I was inside the car that the driver wasn't the same as the one in the photo (and a great number of drivers only have a week or a month of experience, very strange) I came from Portugal where Uber is a 5 stars service, very friendly and qualified drivers, cars always clean and always providing a good service. Okey, is it a good price, but Uber in Prague must gets better.

Uber has no need to be introduced. This is the Czech main office. Strict rules for entering. Previously agreed meeting time needed. Kind respectful English speaking people at reception. Convenient location not far from the center & close metro station. Mid evaluation due to activity run.

Car 1 minute away in application. Driver goes for a round trip around the prague. Driver is not available for a call. After 20 minutes of waiting, the ride gets cancelled and new one set up. Same story repeats. I would be faster if I was not in such a hurry that I for once wanted to speed things up and take a ride instead of the public transport.

My friend and I ordered a taxi on 03.10.2021 9:08 pm from "Stroupeznickeho 253" to "Nad Popelkou 2179". The taxi driver was Mr. Myroslav (I don't know his surname, but I attach screenshot of our ride). I have had the worst taxi ride ever, as Mr. Myroslav did not help us to put our heavy luggage (1 big backpack and suitcase), but the problem started when he noticed we struggled putting our luggages and pushed me away with his hands. As a lady I felt so bad that I received such aggressive behavior. After that, he started to curse on us in Czech, but I understood what he said. Unfortunately, the words he was using were so heavy that I cannot mention them here. He should be warned strictly as soon as possible.

I ordered a ride yesterday from Háje. Uber app displayed the car waiting at pick up point but the plate of the car was completely different from the plate displayed in the app, therefore, I did not considered the car as my ride. After a while, ride was canceled. Later that night, I received an automatic e-mail that the driver of the canceled ride reported that I was not wearing a mask. As I never met with the driver it is hardly possible for him to tell if I was wearing a mask or not. Btw, I was wearing a mask as Uber policy dictates. But I would like to know, how would you handle the situation when app shows a customer that driver is at pick up point but plate on the car is not in accordance with the plate in the app. Surely you understand I would not enter an unverified car.

App does not work as it should... We entered the adress to our flat but driver said to us that the app and the price of ride is to different place in Prague. So we canceled the ride which means that we had to pay 100% storno fee and then we had to book another ride and paid in full. This experience is so s***** behaving and unmoral due to customers. We are wainting for the respond of company to our complain.
