Very nice and professional personal, from reception to doctors. Dr. Hana Belosovicova is a nice, human and especially excellent doctor! He could only recommend.

This is a quiet and peaceful place in the middle of the forest, it is a nice clinic where you can help nature when the offspring does not come long. The staff is kind and helpful. The clinic contains both a small pharmacy, a small restaurant and accommodation for distant patients. There are often foreign clients, which confirms the high quality of the clinic.

The nurse at the reception should repeat the basics of good manners. I will definitely go elsewhere for the second screening.

The first newborn screening here was really great, the doctor was very nice and gentle. Everything was explained to me, I had room for questions, and when I was done fainting, I was well taken care of. But the second screening was a horror film by another doctor who should definitely not work with pregnant women! She was uncomfortable from the first moment and didn't bother. She made it clear all the time that she didn't like it, she even said it. Despite the ultrasound it was difficult to see the examination was painful and she reprimanded me that I was too fat and therefore the visibility was poor. She didn't get anything wrong when we had questions, she dismissed me uncomfortably or didn't answer at all, it was impossible to communicate with her at all. During the examination, she found out that the fetus has a bigger heart by a week and was already off the table, which she slowly found guilty of me. It was obvious that he didn't want to solve anything, so in the end she stuffed him into the table and the night didn't tell me about it. All it took was for the doctor to send me to investigate why my heart was bigger ... but she didn't. The son then recovered with a heart defect that we could have known about! In the end, she didn't tell me anything and didn't even ask if I wanted a photo, and she just did it and secretly put a card in the bag. (I didn't get the photo last time so I didn't even count on it and had cash only for the examination) At the reception they found out that I had a photo and they wanted to pay for it, and I didn't even know about any photos and didn't have the money for it. The nurses' behavior was very arrogant and they treated me like a thief and blamed me for why I had the photo printed and they didn't understand that I didn't know about her at all because the doctor didn't say anything. A terrible experience and never again! We would expect a better approach to the fact that you pay for the examination yourself and it does not prevent the indicator that there is something wrong with the fruit.
