CENTRUMKA Café & Pizza - Jiráskovo nám. 159/10

S přítelkyní jsme vyrazili na pozdní snídani. Já měl snídani na spravení, přítelkyně anglickou snídani. Suroviny kvalitní, protce přiměřená ceně, pečivo čerstvé, křupavé a chutné, saláty příjemně vychucené. Obsluha belmi vstřícná. Za sebe mohu doporučit, klidná lokalita v centru a příjemné posezení.

Our first impression when we found this place was: „wow, looks fancy”. Indeed, it is. Then we got a quite cold shower about the mostly: crew. We was in this place twice. First day for a pizza and second day for breakfast course. Day one. Pizza was good, very tasty and typical constructed like in our region. Not Italian but just European one. Anyway, we needed to discuss with waitress about get upstairs table since everyone down was smoking what we actually hate. The problem was: we felt, she doesn’t want to walk up just for us but there was no too much to talk about: sitting up far away from smokers or find another place. Day two. We decided to go for a breakfast. We was familiar with menu and ok. The waitress who had just 4, maybe 5 tables to manage wasn’t spoke in English. That was a mess on June 18, 2022: how the barman (who had no contact with customers) could spoke fluently and waitress couldn’t understood our order? Who create that shift, because I guess: manager wasn’t there at all. After 10 minutes from tume we made our order, waitress approached with announcement: no avocado tost today. Seriously? There was 10 minutes to make sure that one dish from menu card wasn’t available that day? We order another breakfast sets and extra salad - order accepted. After another 20 minutes our breakfast (very tiny portion due that prices what we compared day before in another breakfast spot) but no salad: only breakfast menu is available this time. Why so long? Other tables also waiting very long time. I monitored it and some family was waiting 12 (!) minutes for waitress approach - when she had 5 tables at that moment. She tried small talks, disturbed our own conversation but we couldn’t understeand her Czech speaking, and she wasn’t speak in English. Another meal since portions are so small and another 20 minutes waiting time. At the end, she charged us for coffees what was included - but I made sure to check the bill before I paid for. About one hour and 30 minutes for breakfast is something we don’t want in the morning. This place has a big potential. But management is absolutely basic.

Lovely place! Food is exquisite and the people are helpful, kind and always smiling ? Highly recommend!

Extremely poor service. Waitress didn't even try to speak English, nor give us at least any polite smile. Shame for a place like that, located in very downtown of the city.

Unbelievably bad service. Got these "pizza bread" sticks, they were non edible - extremely salty. I guessed they made a mistake. I let them know and asked if they could give them a try and change them as they were too salty. They claimed they had no salt. They Refused to do anything. I don't see how they can serve anything so nasty as these sticks and claim they have nothing wrong. Will not come again here.

Good location in city center, on the sunny side, beer was ok, the service could be faster, it took 15 min to be served and the place was literary empty. They accept cards, but you will be asked to pay inside. I didn't eat there.
