★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha v pohodě , jedna hvězda dolů za zakouřeny interiér ale dá se jít i ven když je dobré počasí. Nabídka dobrá. Česnečka dobrá , namícháte si sami na talířku zvlášť sýr, šunka, krutony... Plněné knedlíky super a porce pro dospělého dobrá. Toalety čisté a vybavené .
 Service cool, one star down behind the smoky interior but you can go outside even if the weather is good. Good offer. Garlic is good, you mix cheese, ham, croutons separately on a plate ... Super stuffed dumplings and good portion for adults. Toilets clean and equipped.

You will know that you are nearby as they are yelling the dishes names in the garden to let people now, their order is ready, what a voice...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. This is the classical order at one window - pick up at another - pay in advance. I ordered 2 soups and a cake thinking I will get it right away as it doesn't require any cooking. However I was put in the queue with other people who ordered regular dishes from the kitchen. I was waiting for my order nearly 20mins, the staff was really disorganized, having absolutely no idea about any logistics. People who ordered just before me got their meals, then 3 more groups got it before I got mine while people who ordered before me were still waiting...
The problem with this place for customers is that most of the people come there only once having no idea how terrible it is. And once you pay, you can only complain. If this would be a regular "restaurant" in the city, I believe they would go out of business after few days, because no one would come back. I highly suggest to avoid this place if you can, or only get drinks.
I see this place has fairly decent reviews, maybe the staff has changed (I was there after the main season in September), but my experience as well as all others who were there at the same time was really bad.

I have just moved to Czech Republic and am trying to learn Czech. I came to this pub to get a small beer, and I was charged 60 kč! On the board above the bar the small beer was written to cost 30 kč, and large 45 kč.
