V pátek ráno 29.9.2017 přišla sms a po telefonátu s řidičem jsem dostal předběžný čas doručování. Přibližně 5 minut před doražením (opravdu kolem času, který jsem se dozvěděl předem) zavolal a ještě nabídl pomoc s vynešením balíku ke dvěřím bytu. Rozhodně jsem byl mile překvapen. Po trochu kostrbaté komunikaci přes mail a několika telefonátech přišel den vyzvednutí zboží, samozřejmně časové rozmezí (celé dopoledne) neplatilo a přišla další anabáze telefonátů vč. hovorů s řidičem, kde jsem se dozvěděl mnoho informací o stavu jeho vozového parku a že si nemám dělat hlavu s tím že dispečink nefunguje:))...rozhodně nedoporučuji, profesionalita a přístup k zákozníkovi je na špatné úrovni! Řidič sud dovezl, vzal si peníze (dobírka) nechal si podepsat převzetí a potom ženě, která byla přítomná převzetí oznámil, že zásilku neunese, ať mu jde pomoci. Protože peníze byly zaplaceny a převzetí potvrzeno, tak již nebyla jiná možnost, než řidiči vyhovět. Ano, jednalo se o pochybení člověka, nikoliv firmy, protože stejnou zásilku nám tato firma doručovala již víckrát a nikdy s doručením ani s vynesením ke dveřím nebyl žádný problém, ale překvapen jsem byl reakcí paní vedoucí z brněnské pobočky (na základě písemné reklamace), která mi oznámila, že vše je vlastně v pořádku a že u toho nebyla, tak to nemůže hodnotit. Žádná omluva, nic. Nemám důvod si cokoliv vymýšlet. Do budoucna si budu dávat pozor na přepravce a budu dávat do poznámky, že požaduji řidiče, který svou zásilku unese. Řidič se v den plánovaného doručování vůbec neozval, ani nezvedal telefon a druhý den když se mi s nim podařilo spojit mi arogantně oznámil, že na místě doručení byl, ale nemohl najít zvonek tak odešel. Tvrdil, že se mi snažil dovolat, přičemž následně zjistil, že volal na špatné číslo a nevšiml si zvonků u dveří na druhé straně. Navíc mne pán řidič poučil, že porušuji zákon, když na bytovém domě nemám jméno na zvonku. Myslím, že se trochu minul povoláním. Balík, který vážil 29 kg mi samozřejmě nechal v průjezdu do domu a ke dveřím jsem si ho musela vynést sama. Takže nikdy víc. Worst delivery service I've ever experienced. Volají cca půl hodiny předem a řidič by byl nejraději aby jste od té doby stál před barákem nebo firmou a čekal na něj. když přijedete a vy nejste do 30 sekund nastoupen s penězi, dostane se Vám tak sprostého a vulgárního jednání, že máte chuť jednu řidičovi vlepit nebo ho poslat do zadní části těla i s balíkem. to že nelze platit kartou a jsou tak sto let za opicema je škoda, ale že nemají ani na vrácení, tak to je vrchol A ani to neřeší, prostě nemám, tak nedám. Hotovo. Jo řidič se jmenuje Belko, před týdnem jela nějaká paní, chování bylo hoodně podobné. Asi mají nějaký speciální kurz. Nikdy více.
