Historie

Firmu založil v roce 1991 pan Karel Jarolímek, který vystudoval střední
průmyslovou školu technologie masa. Praxi trávil u ,,mistra řezníka" Karla
Heřmánka ve Štěpánské ulici v Praze. Sedm let po dokončení školy pracoval ve
vyhlášených masnách v Praze.

Tady získal spoustu zkušeností a naučil se všemu, aby mohl otevřít svoji první provozovnu U Průhonu 20, v Praze Holešovicích. Začátky byli těžké, ale pan Jarolímek nabídl svým zákazníkům široký sortiment kvalitní uzeniny a masa za přijatelné ceny. Zákazníci se rádi vraceli a firma se mohla dál rozvíjet.

V roce 1994 byla otevřena jídelna - občerstvení, Komunardů 40, kterou vedla s velkým úspěchem manželka p. Jarolímka. V roce 2009 převzala naše firma: Lahůdky - uzeniny - cukrárnu ,,Bistro mlsný jazýček“ na Ortenově Náměstí 32/33. V tomto roce se přidal do firmy i syn Lukáš. Ke spokojenosti zákazníkům všechny tři provozovny fungují do dnes a to jako rodinná firma.

Nabízíme zásobování masem a uzeninami do restaurací, škol, školek, hotelů, jídelen… za atraktivní ceny s profesionálním přístupem. Naše maso pochází pouze z českých chovů, dodáváme v kuchyňské úpravě!
Maso vám na přání nasekáme, nakrájíme, vakuově zabalíme. Ceník Vám na požádání zašleme e-mailem.

As it states in its name it in fact is a 'Czech Eatery' - you get the whole experience, very warm, welcoming and fun owner who cooks the dishes everyday and then serves you at the counter with a big smile and witty jokes. Bar tables (meaning you stand, rather than sit) where you can share the meal with either local office workers, builders and locals from all walks of life the Czech way. You also have an option to do 'take away'. After the hearty meal we have then ventured to a park called 'Stromovka' which is beautiful and large enough for you to enjoy a little quit moment and help you to digest after your visit at 'Ceska Jidelna'. I have been to many restaurants and pubs in Prague, but in my humble, opinion this is one of the top places to experience a genuine czech food (not pretentious and well made). Especially considering the very low cost. Go and try for yourself the first chance you get.
