Po nesmyslném zaplacení náhrady škody ve výši 360kc. což je výsměch na to že jim platím měsíčně necelých 900kc na urazovou pojistku, jsem šel osobně s podklady že to zkusím řešit dále k přezkoumání situace a na pobočce, ulice korunní Praha - Vinohrady , kde mají psáno ONLINE na internetu otvírací dobu do 18.00 a měli do 16.30h. A tohle už na internetu člověk nenajde. Pohrdání klientem. Můj názor. Palec dolů.
Absolute dissatisfaction with CPP insurance company. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejte si pozor na výpověď smlovy o havarijním pojištění. Výroční dopis k pojistce přišel 3 týdny před výročím, zatímco výpověď lze podat 6 týdnů před výročím. Ostatní pojišťovny zasílají 2 měsíce dopředu. Nestydaté, po této zkušenosti s pojišťovnou končím (teda až za rok, co vypovím smlovu :-( )
Aktualizace: po písemné žádosti, kterou jsem zaslal mailem o ukončení dohodou ke dni výročí mě vyšli z centrály vsříc.
Beware of testimony about accident insurance. The annual insurance letter came 3 weeks before the anniversary, while the notice can be filed 6 weeks before the anniversary. Other insurance companies send 2 months in advance. Shameless, after this experience with the insurance company I end up (that is, after a year, which I will give off :-()
Update: After a written request I sent by e-mail to terminate the agreement on the anniversary date, I left the headquarters to sift.
