★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo se mi sice líbí, ale jednání pojišťovny vůbec. Zrušila jsem s nimi veškeré styky. Kdykoliv jsem hlásila nějakou škodu, vždy poslali dopis, že se to k pojištění nevztahuje!
I like the place, but the insurance company at all. I broke all contact with them. Whenever I reported any damage, they always sent a letter saying it was not related to insurance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z povinného ručení pojišťovna není schopna, po předložení všech požadovaných dokumentů, 5 měsíců vyřešit dopravní nehodu jejich pojištěnce. Obvyklá odpověď "Ano dokumenty máme všechny. Budeme to urgovat" a měsic zase nic.
The insurance company is not able, after submitting all the required documents, to solve the traffic accident of their insured person for 5 months after submitting all the required documents. The usual answer "Yes we all have documents. We will urge it" and nothing again for a month.
