★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K chování klientské pracovnice nemám žádné výhrady, velký problém spatřuji v naprostém nedostatku soukromí. Počas čekání jsem se o klientovi přede mnou dověděla jeho jméno,příjmení, tel.číslo, mail, adresu, co pojišťuje, SPZ, jestli jezdí do zahraničí atd... Toto považuji za naprosto nepřijatelné.
I have no reservations about the behavior of the client, I see a great problem in the total lack of privacy. While waiting, I learned about the client in front of me his name, surname, phone number, mail, address, what insurance, license plate, if he goes abroad, etc. I consider this completely unacceptable.
