Od viníka nehody jsem měla číslo pojistky, č. škidne události, jméno viníka.... preze všechno si slečna, která tam seděla nevěděla rady. Tak musela volat jinou a stejně jsem vše vyrizovala přez telefon, i když jsem měla přijít osobně. No nevim jak to bude pokračovat, protože mi bylo oznameno, že se mi nejpozději do 3 dnů ozve likvidátor. Už je to 14 dní a nic. Tak zase budu volat. Myslím si, že recenze co píšete jsou adekvátní k této pojišťovně. Aby se můj taťka totiž dožil toho vyrovnání a hlavně ho mohl ještě využít. Určitě napíši jak to dopadlo. Místa k sezení obsazená,... snad se zde podaří zrušit životní pojistku, kterou si ČPP, upravuje bez mého souhlasu!!! Za mě maximální spokojenosti. Jen tak dál. Dokládali jsme neuvěřitelné množství dokumentace, které nikdy nestačilo. Pojišťovna neustále požadovala další a další veterinární zprávy a výkazy. Pokud nebyla například zpráva vyplněna se všemi nesmyslnými náležitostmi do předepsaného formuláře, nebyla akceptována. Nikdy víc! The worst service of all time.
