★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oberou vas na pojistnem z duvodu neznalosti zakladnich povinnosti pri posuzovani kategorie vozidel OA a N1 do 3500kg.Nema vyznam se dohadovat hlavne se starsi pani za prepazkou, protoze ONA je pani urednice a ma vzdy pravdu i kdyz spatne chape interni predpis sve pojistovny. Klidne vas obere o pet tisic rocne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Návštěvu ČPP musím hodnotit negativně, přišla jsem tam s tím že potřebuji změnit (přepočítat) povinné ručení na auto. Nevěděla jsem že je nějaká doba do které se to musí stihnout, paní říkala do 4 týdnu že se může udělat změna nebo vypovědět pojistka a když jsme na to tak koukali tak jsem tam byla přesně poslední den kdy to šlo změnit ale i přes to mi nebylo vyhověno a pojistka nebyla předělaná, tak zase za rok přijďte, ne děkuji !
I have to evaluate the visit to ČPP negatively, I came there with the idea that I need to change (recalculate) the compulsory liability for the car. I didn't know that there was a time by which it had to happen, the lady said within 4 weeks that a change could be made or the insurance policy could be terminated, and when we looked at it like that, I was there exactly the last day it could be changed, but I still couldn't satisfied and the insurance was not redone, so come again in a year, no thank you!
