★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strasny sluzby. Baliky nebo doporucene dopisy s dorucenim na adresu nedodaji. Vzdy musite na pobocku. Nechapu jak nekdo muze ceskou pouzivat. Na pobocku se dovolat neda.
 Terrible services. Packages or registered letters with delivery to the address of the newsletter. You always have to go to the branch. I don't understand how anyone can use Czech. You cannot call the branch.

Čekání aj cca2h kým dostanete balík.. Kým nemusíte tak nedoporučuji
Worst post office ..
Waiting also approx. 2h until you get the package .. Until you do so I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak na fronty jsem si již zvykl, ale teď mi nedodali zásilku která podle sledování již dodána byla... Dále i přes můj nesouhlas nechává doručovatel zásilky u sousedů. Na internetu jsem na ně našel dvě tel. čísla ale obě neexistují.. Je to hrůza, vítejte v zpátky ve 20. století.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ již poněkolikáté .. zaplacená služka "balík do ruky" a přijde mi sms že mám balík uložený na poště, že si ho můžu vyzvednout. Na tel linku, která je zpoplatněná, se ani nedovoláte, abyste jim řekli ať balík doručí... Není tohle krádež ? platit za službu kterou neumí poskytnout ? Proč je tedy vůbec nabízena .. Bohužel některé eshopy jinou než ČP nenabízejí .. Nechápu, že tato instituce ještě funguje. U soukromé sféry jako je PPL, Geis, DHL, DPD atd by se tohle stát nemohlo !
already several times .. paid maid "package to hand" and I get an sms that I have a package stored at the post office, that I can pick it up. You won't even be allowed to tell them to deliver a parcel on a toll line ... Isn't that theft? to pay for a service they can't provide? Why is it offered at all .. Unfortunately, some e-shops other than CP do not offer .. I do not understand that this institution still works. In the private sphere like PPL, Geis, DHL, DPD etc. this could not happen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otevírací doba je výsměch - zpět k socialismu. Automat na vydávání pořadových čísel nepřehledný, obsahuje nic neříkající zkratky - pro seniory konečná. Někdy je personál vstřícný jindy máte pocit že obtěžujete.
Opening hours are a mockery - back to socialism. The machine for issuing serial numbers is confusing, it contains abbreviated abbreviations - final for seniors. Sometimes the staff is helpful, other times you feel harassed.
