★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipping a parcel to USA is very cheap, around 500Kč for 2kg. A very friendly member of staff named Jaroslav made great effort to overcome my language barrier. He was very patient and ensured I understood everything, even though I speak no Czech, and his English was limited. Jaroslav gives Česká Pošta a good name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there 3 times, once to send a box abroad, once to send a latter somewhere in Brno and once to get some information regarding sending another box during Covid. I speak minimum Czech. All 3 ppl were kind, Patient and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go there the employees are rude, disrespectful even respond with disgust. Every time I go there they behave as if I am disturbing them from something. I do not recommend going there. Only if you have no other choice.

Even if I paid delivery they want me to go and pick by myself in that Hlavní Nádraží post Office?
Česká Pošta is the worst service I saw in Czech Republic.
Unimaginable in 21. Century their services are on the level of worst laziness and without any responsibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the postal services, but I was here to check out the ancient paternoster elevator near the entrance. It has no doors and makes rounds instead of only up and down. Last year an old lady somehow managed to hang upside down in it, until she was rescued by police and fireguards. It was a bit scary, because you had to jump in real quick and we had all our luggage also with us, and it didnt feel safe to keep the luggage downstairs waiting for us. quite an adventure! I hope it will live for a bit longer, I was quite impressed with it.
