★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pravidelně hrozné fronty. Jedna úřednice vždy v době oběda. Nevím proč nemohou mít pauzu na oběd déle či dříve než je běžný čas ostatních institucí ve městě (tj.11.30-12h)
Regularly terrible queues. One clerk always at lunch time. I do not know why they can not have a break for lunch longer or earlier than the usual time of other institutions in the city (ie 11.30-12h)
