M	Martin Seidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodně negativně, protože tahle pošta je bohužel jedna velká katastrofa, např. pošta Podjavorinské je na úplně jiné úrovni. 2 hvězdy jen za ochotný a jinak celkem dobrý personál, ale vedení této pobočky by rozhodně měli myslet na zlepšení někde úplně jinde... Very negative, because this post office is unfortunately one big disaster, for example, the Podjavorinska post office is on a completely different level. 2 stars only for helpful and otherwise quite good staff, but the management of this branch should definitely think of improvement somewhere else entirely ...

D	Deni Randy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pošta věčně plná, kvůli dopisu tam člověk stráví i hodinu, přesto že na něj poctivě čeká doma, není doma zastižen.. Provozní doba na Jižním městě do 16h s hodinovou pauzou už je doslova lemplovský kousek České pošty a výsměch zároveň. Otevírací doba je přesně taková, aby se tamní zaměstnanci nepřetěžovali prací v dobách, kdy hrozí špičky. Tedy pokud pracující člověk chce jít místo na oběd na poštu, má smůlu. Stejně tak i při cestě domů. Řešení reklamací je výsměch. Už aby to zavřeli a doporučené dopisy chodily na poštu 415. Worst mail. There is no point in writing about her barrier-free access. So if a working person wants to go to the post office instead of having lunch, he is unlucky. The same goes on the way home. Solving complaints is a mockery. J	Jan Chroust on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost. Velmi bych ocenil, kdyby probíhalo školení personálu na nabízené produkty a zaměstnanci věděli co dělat. Případně byli schopni se rychle na novinky doptat. Využívám předvyplnění údajů k zásilce přes internet. Pokud vše funguje paní za přepážkou si opíše speciální kód a vše odsýpá. Zde paní příliš netušila a vymýšlela si potřebu nějakého dalšího ručního vyplňování. 30min čekání ve frontě a pak jsem to raději vzdal a odešel na prověřenou pobočku. Na této pobočce to není první případ takovýchto problémů. A daná služba taky není zrovna novinka. Very bad experience. I would greatly appreciate it if the staff were trained in the products on offer and the staff knew what to do. Alternatively, they were able to inquire quickly about the news. I use pre-filling in the data for the shipment via the Internet. If everything works, the lady behind the counter will write down a special code and pour everything out. The lady didn't know much here and came up with the need for some more manual filling. 30 minutes of waiting in line and then I preferred to give up and go to a proven branch. This is not the first case of such problems at this branch. And the service is not exactly new either.
K	Karolina Ferfet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit that after reading all the opinions I was sure that I am not going to like the experience, but fortunately, this turns out to be quite an efficient place. Whenever I was sending anything out, it reached the destiny, the ladies in the windows were very nice, and even though I don't speak Czech, they always helped me out, and once even wrote stuff on the screen in translator, so that I knew what they were saying ;)
