M	Michael ŠOUREK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tady si někdo kdo to navrhoval asi šlehnul. Pošta v druhým patře nemá absolutně dostatek prostoru pro svůj provoz. Stejně jako ta mrňavá BILLA v přízemí která si nedávno alespoň trochu polepšila samoobslužnými pokladnami. Svůj nedostatek prostoru si kompenzuje tak, že informační displeje nainstalovala i v oblasti restaurací. Samozřejmě chápu, že Sídliště Bohnice je již archtektonicky dokonalé (jak říká jistá skupina obyvatel bojujících proti rozvoji sídliště) a stavba dalších budov nepřichází v úvahu. Prostě se tady nějak zmáčkneme a půjde to. Chápu, že to je u Bohnic, ale co se týče duševně nemocných, tak jsem si myslel, že je zde na ně dohlíženo, ne že to tady řídí. Čekám už 2 týdny na zásilku z Německa, odtamtud došla do ČR za 2 dny, od té doby čeká stále kdesi v Praze. Údajně se několikrát m a r n ě pokoušeli o doručení. - Přitom jsme vždy byli doma. Komunikace nulová: ani lístek ve schránce, tudíž ani možnost si zásilku někde vyzvednout, telefon nezvedají, na email nereagují. Tragédie naprostá! Telefon nezvedají (volám už asi po 20x během dvou hodin). Strašná úroveň. Přesně kvůli tomuto má ČP tak strašnou pověst. The package from abroad arrived 2 weeks ago at this branch of Česká Pošta. 1	1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čekám na balík ze zahraničí, nepřichází a nedostanu ani žádné upozornění do schránky, jdu na poštu, když se mi to zdá už moc dlouhé a paní mi řekne, že tam žádný balík nemám a asi je v celním řížení. Teď se dozvídám, že ho pošta vrací zpět, protože jsem si ho nepřebral a po půl hodině čekání na infolince mi řeknou, že už je pryč... Objednám a zaplatím balík, který putuje přes půlku světa jen aby mi ho česká pošta nedodala kvůli své neschopnosti...hrozný státní podnik. Objednáte si zboží z USA a nikdo vás neinformuje, že balík mají u sebe, musíte na pobočku na blind dojít, čekat frontu, zaptat se zda je u nich... Jeden balík ztratili úplně, druhý teda jako že mají, ale stěžovat si mám na depu - nechápu proč, příště se obuji do vedoucího. Když balík převzali na Praze 8, tak ať koukají adresáta informovat, když už nebyli schopni mu zásilku doručit. Při telefonování na pobočku nezvedají telefon a při opakovaném volání jej vyvěsí! Doufám, že konkurenční doručovací služby tento podnik položí. The inability of the staff of this branch is simply startling.
