Děkujeme za perfektní servis a ještě lepší předávání informaci. Tohle byla definitivně moje poslední návštěva a více už budu využívat pouze jiné přepravní společnosti I was looking for information about opening hours and on the pages of the post office listed 8-12, I will come to the post and closed. Approximately in the middle of the western edge of the old town is the main post office (Hlavní pošta) of Pilsen. Attractions building with "round" corner.
D	Domácí mazlíčci-DIY, vlogy, zajímavosti (Simone Schwantner) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za to, že jsou na pobočce fronty, zaměstnanci nemůžou, je jich málo a nestíhají, to naprosto chápu. Co mě ale při poslední návštěvě této pobočky dostalo do kolen, bylo to, že poté, co jsem vystála dvacetiminutovou frontu u přepážky mi slečna řekla, cituji: "Nalepte si ty štítky znovu, údaje na nich nesmí být napsané červeně." Na mou otázku odkdy to tak je, že posílám tři balíky týdně a tohle slyším poprvé, mi odsekla, že odvždycky a že zdržuji frontu. Samozřejmě jsem na pobočce neměla už další čas a vlastně ani prostředky abych přelepovala a přepisovala štítky, tudíž jsem odešla a cestou domů se stavila na pobočce U Družby, kde mi balíček normálně odeslali. A s červeně nadepsanými štítky nikdo nikdy na poště neměl problém, až na tuto jednu zaměstnankyni. Tak nevím, jestli si ze mě dělala jenom dobrý den nebo špatně pochopila nějaké instrukce ke své práci, ale rozhodně by se tohle nemělo stávat, ne všichni mají tolik volného času, aby ho mohli trávit úplně zbytečně na poště! Nehledě na to, že když jsem se na tento problém chtěla telefonicky zeptat a volala jsem na číslo pobočky uvedené na webu ČP, dovolala jsem se pouze do vrátnice, kde mi jiná slečna po telefonu sdělila, že to vůbec neví, že není zaměstnanec pošty, jenom ostraha? Tak co je to za bordel, proboha?? For being queued at a branch, employees can't, there are few, and they're not catching up, I understand that. But what got me to my knees at the last visit of this branch was that after I was standing in the twenty-minute queue at the counter, Miss said to me, "Stick the labels again, the data on them must not be red." My question since when it is that I send three packages a week and I hear this for the first time, I retorted that forever and that I queue the queue. Of course, I had no more time at the branch, nor did I even have the resources to overwrite and rewrite labels, so I left and stopped at the U Druzhba branch on my way home, where the package was normally sent to me. And with no red labels, nobody has ever had a problem at the post, except for this one employee. So I don't know if she just made me a good day or misunderstood some instructions for her work, but this shouldn't happen, not everyone has so much free time to spend it completely in the mail! Regardless of the fact that when I wanted to ask about this problem by phone and I called for a branch number listed on the ČP website, I only reached the gatehouse, where another lady on the phone told me that she did not know that she was not a post employee just security? So what a mess, for God's sake?
G	Gabriela Zíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravdu příjemní zaměstnanci! Když tu práci dělat nechtějí, ať jdou jinam! Řešení problémů ( vlastně je to problém jejich) je velice problematické. Co jim jde naprosto dokonale je přepojování na jiné oddělení. Stejně se nikdy nic nevyřeší... ať už osobně nebo telefonicky. Pokud je to možné, vyhněte se tomuto místu. Really nice staff! If they don't want to do the job, let them go elsewhere! Solving problems (actually it's their problem) is very problematic. What they do perfectly is switching to another department. Anyway, nothing will ever be resolved ... either in person or by phone. If possible, avoid this place.
D	Denisa Šandorová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutečně nepříjemné a neochotné slečny na překážkách - konkrétně slečna na přepážce číslo 10 a 14. Je to asi 10 minut co slečna na čísle 14. přes celou poštu hulákala na pána, jestli neumí psát. Chápu, že práce s lidmi není jednoduchá, ale to není důvod být na ostatní drzý a takhle nepříjemný. Incredibly unpleasant and reluctant young ladies at the obstacles - specifically the young lady at the counter number 10 and 14. It's been about 10 minutes since the young lady at number 14 yelled at the master through the whole post office if she couldn't write. I understand that working with people is not easy, but that's no reason to be rude and annoying to others.
Z	Zdenka Landkammerova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pracovnice u prepazek jsou ochotné a příjemné, potud vše v pořádku, ale tím chvála konči. Mám výhradu odnasky a dost často mi cestuje složenka s výplatou a to jen proto, že dorucovatele nevěnují pozornost své práci a nějaké ukládání neřeší, hlavně brigadnici na to kašlou, klidně složenku pošlou na jinou poštu. Mít jinou možnost, Českou poštu vůbec nevyužívám, ale musím. Je to strašná instituce. Nejsem se službami vůbec spokojená. The workers at the counters are willing and pleasant, so far everything is fine, but that is the end of the praise. I have a reservation on the delivery note and quite often a receipt with a payment travels to me, and only because the couriers do not pay attention to their work and do not deal with any storage, especially the part-time worker coughs about it, they calmly send the receipt to another post office. I have another option, I don't use Czech Post at all, but I have to. It's a terrible institution. I am not at all satisfied with the services.
