Uběhl týden, žádná zpráva a na poště to nezvednou ani na jednom ze 3 uvedených telefonních čísel... Zkouším už hodinu. The mysterious manager assured me of the mysteriously lost shipment that she would inform me within two days. A week has passed, no news and they will not answer it at the post office on any of the 3 telephone numbers listed ... I've been trying for an hour.

Для меня это здание просто является началом одной из старинных улиц города. Главпочтамт курорта Карловы Вары является своего рода границей, отделяющей торговую и курортную части города Карловы Вары. Здание главпочтамта является памятником архитектуры. Было построено в 1903 году по планам архитектора Фридриха Зеца. В свое время это было одно из самых современных почтовых учреждений Австро-Венгрии. На высоте третьего этажа над пилястрами установлены аллегорические скульптуры, символизирующие Телеграф, Железнодорожный транспорт, Водный транспорт и Почту. Ранее на месте главпочтамта находилась выступающая скала на которой был установлен крест с распятием. Во время войны здание пострадало от бомбежки американской авиации. В настоящее время строение используется по своему прямому предназначению. Earlier, on the site of the main post office, there was a protruding rock on which a cross with a crucifix was installed. During the war, the building was damaged by bombing by American aircraft. Currently, the building is used for its intended purpose.

Скулптурите на четирите жени пресъздават 4 телекомуникационни възможности в исторически план-пощенски,телеграфен, железопътен и морски. Пощата е значително по-малка от Пражката поща, но изненадва със скулптура и витраж и вътре. Персоналът е любезен и говори английски.(Пощенска марка -poštovní známka) As a visitor to the city, I observe the post office building as an architectural landmark. The sculptures of the four women recreate 4 telecommunication possibilities in historical terms - postal, telegraph, railway and sea. The post office is significantly smaller than the Prague Post Office, but surprises with sculpture and stained glass inside as well. The staff is friendly and speaks English. Поприветствовав и задав вопрос о пересылке посылки в Украину - я услышала молчание. Видимо, рот у неё был занят той едой, которую она жевала на рабочем месте. Подождав пока эта женщина прожуёт, я задала ещё раз вопрос - на меня начали повышать голос и что-то орать .Я честно говоря в шоке с того, что такие мерзкие люди работают напрямую с людьми. Надеюсь, этих женщин научат вежливо общаться с клиентами ? Terrible service! The women are unprofessional! The first 2 times I turned a blind eye to disrespectful behavior. But today is too much! Having greeted and asked a question about sending the parcel to Ukraine, I heard silence. Apparently, her mouth was occupied with the food that she chewed at the workplace. After waiting for this woman to chew, I asked the question again - they began to raise their voice at me and yell something. To be honest, I am shocked that such vile people work directly with people. I hope these women learn how to politely communicate with customers ?
