N	Natalia Russi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the branch I live closest. Tough luck I have to say. They are understaffed, incredibly slow at every transaction you have to do there. I have never encountered such a bad service in this country They are rude. Their attitude is atrocious. The whole experience is horrible. I hate going there. I wish I didn't. The only good thing it is that now it has plenty where to wait for their awful service.

J	Juliette Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, walked in, employee yelling so loudly in Czech, no idea what’s going on. All employees are looking at me, I tried to say I don’t speak Czech(whilst this woman is still yelling) at one of the other employees, he asks if I’m after post stamps. I say yes, he advises me to go to the store to the left of the store. I go to the store, it’s locked, but there are employees inside, they don’t even acknowledge me at the door. I left with no stamps. Summary - worst post office in Prague. Avoid at all cost.

N	Neil Wiltshire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iveta hankova is priceless. I tried to pick up a letter but the address on the letter had a spelling mistake. Instead of Neil Anderson it said Neil Andersen. All the other data was correct. She asked me if I knew the sender, which I didn’t. So it couldn’t have been for me. I’m going home now to find out where mr Andersen is hiding !
