J	Josef Šmíd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velká městská pošta. Tady se čeká prostě vždycky, protože čím míň lidí, tím míň otevřených přepážek. Na druhou stranu celkem příjemný personál i přes fakt, že se musí denně setkávat se spoustou nepříjemných a nasraných lidí. Problém je spíš v ČP jako takové, ne v téhle konkrétní pobočce. Large city post office. It's just always waiting here, because the fewer people, the fewer open counters. On the other hand, quite pleasant staff, despite the fact that they have to meet a lot of unpleasant and angry people every day. The problem is more in ČP as such, not in this particular branch.

Rozumím, že u České pošty je v celku stantard čekat vždycky a všude, ale opravdu nechápu taktiku, kdy je v čekárně cca 20 lidí a 3 slečny si zde u okýnka, které je otevřené (ale neobsluhuje) povídají. Není tak hrozný, že si povídají, ale oni se baví o soukromých věcech tak nahlas, že to slyší i lidé v čekací zóně a jen nechápou, proč se tady někdo vykecává s prominutím o hovadinách, když je tu spoustu lidí co čeká a kolegyně, které pracují tak očividně absolutně nestíhají. Bohužel ale toto asi nikdo z nás nikdy neovlivní. Pokud je možnost, využívám služby zásilkoven nebo PPL. České poště se snažím co nejvíce vyhýbat a pokud to takto začnou dělat i ostatní, třeba sami pochopí, že je opravdu už potřeba něco změnit. Peace. Yes, it's mail. Yes, it's Czech Post. Yes, we are waiting here as well. I understand that the Czech Post is always waiting everywhere for a stantard, but I really don't understand the tactic of there being about 20 people in the waiting room and 3 girls talking here by the window, which is open (but not served). It's not so bad that they talk, but they talk about private things so loud that even people in the waiting area hear it and they just don't understand why someone is talking about bullshit here when there's a lot of people waiting and a colleague, who work so obviously absolutely do not catch up. Unfortunately, none of us will ever be affected. If possible, I use the services of couriers or PPL. I try to avoid the Czech Post as much as possible, and if others start doing it like this, they will understand for themselves that something really needs to be changed. Peace.
J	Jaromir Sarnovsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na tuto poštu chodím občas,ale musím.rici že se tde někdy tvoří fronty,zvláště u plateb slozenek a vyzvedávani balíku.Jinak tato pobočka je neustále predelevana chvilku trvá než se člověk zorientuje. S Českou poštou jsem průměrné spokojen co se týče služeb mohli by být lacinější vždyť je to naš nejstarší post na dodávání zásilek a dopisu. Jinak personál je vždy ochotny,poradí a s obsluhou jsem tu spokojen. I go to this post from time to time, but I have to say that sometimes queues are formed here, especially for payment of vouchers and picking up a package. Otherwise, this branch is constantly predelevana. I am on average satisfied with the Czech Post in terms of services, they could be cheaper, because it is our oldest post for delivering parcels and letters. Otherwise, the staff is always willing, will advise and I am satisfied with the service.

Některé ve městě straší dodnes. This is a great building from the 1st Republic. It can be seen that the councilors of the time had a taste. This cannot be said of most of the local buildings after 1950. Some are still haunted in the city.

Autorem stavby ve stylu moderny z roku 1937 byl Ing. Arch. Antonín Ausobský (1885 - 1958), který se mimo jiné podílel na novodobé podobě pražských Střešovic. Objekt najdete při ústí Nové ulice do ulice Tyršovy. Za pozornost rozhodně stojí i Žilkova vila ve stylu geometrické secese v těsném sousedství pošty. The two-storey building of the Mělník Post Office is impressively designed and urbanistically very well inserted into surrounding environment. It consists of two wings joining together in the front with a rounded entrance bay. The author of the modern-style building from 1937 was Ing. Architect Antonín Ausobský (1885 - 1958), who also participated in the modern form of Střešovice in Prague. The building is located at the crossing of New Street to Tyrsova Street. The awesome villa of Žilka in the style of the geometric Art Nouveau in the immediate vicinity of the post office is definitely worth seeing as well! Impressively designed and urbanistically perfectly set in the surroundings, the two-storey building of the Mělník post office consists of two opening wings, connected in the façade by a rounded entrance risalit. The author of the modern style building from 1937 was Ing. Sheet. Antonín Ausobský (1885 - 1958), who, among other things, participated in the modern form of Prague's Střešovice. The building can be found at the mouth of Nová street to Tyršovy street. Žilka's villa in the style of geometric Art Nouveau in the immediate vicinity of the post office is definitely worth attention.
