Absolutely appalling service. The big package never brought the car and ended up in the post office, and no one bothered to call it outside the house. Delivery of small packages and letters disaster - does not ring or throw the ticket in the mailbox and after a week of searching where the letter is always find that I was not reached and lies at the post office and already want to return it to the sender. Terrible, dismiss this branch and give the whole mail to a private company !!!!

Services for nothing. Nothing can be solved. Letters go only some. Do not put letter notifications in the mailbox and they will be returned. Whatever I'm going to solve - everything is a problem. I do not recommend even to the greatest enemy.

I finally received the shipment, albeit much later, for repeated emergencies, but it arrived :-)) I don't know where the mistake is, supposedly Rudná depot? Who knows? Anyway, today Miss Štěpničková delivered the shipment, very willing, decent, fast. Thank you. Only more such employees and customers will not complain about KD's mail. So now after seven months. Everything in the old dormitories. Depot Rudná does not deliver the shipment to the house. She just writes an apologetic e-mail that there is a mistake on the part of the post office, the delivery girl throws the notification in the mailbox, so in the best case, sometimes they do not even bother with the notification, the addressee is not caught. And that's the end of it for Depot Rudná. The goods are therefore returned to the company, unbelievable. I have a feeling that they do not want to leave the Depot, so they will return the goods directly to the KD post office, and consult. I have to supplement the experience again after seven months. I ordered again via ČP, I'm probably naive, the goods were not delivered and yesterday an e-mail that I have to pay 180 CZK for not receiving the shipment. Incredibly. Do fools really work in depots? Today the same situation after about a year. I've been waiting for the package for 14 days. I called KD's post office, where the package really is. They have a package there, the lady was very nice and helpful. But no notification in the inbox. I believe that the Rudná Depot needs proper due diligence, otherwise nothing will change. I won't attribute it anymore, it's still around and on the novel :-). Post office KD, great employees, in the Depot irresponsible !!!! I am considering whether I should write directly to the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, as DG ČP does not deal with this scandal.

Horror, according to the information about the opening hours on the Internet, I came to the post office today at 13:05 ... and as the unnamed mass murderer says in one parody "... the scents changed the guts again ...." and they are open until 14:00. And that they would update it on the net, it doesn't even occur to you xxx. What to add? I can think of a lot of terms from the field of anatomy and zoology, but I promised my mother 40 years ago that I would not use such terms. So unfortunately it is not possible to give less than 1 star, I can't find a blinking smiley and ".... next time Goering with Goebbels will go to the post office"

After today's experience, I must state that the personal approach at this post office pleasantly surprised me. Counter 2, Mrs. E., despite a decent influx of customers, advised explained a quick and empathetic approach. The lady at counter 1 is also very helpful.

Big thanks and compliments to the branch in Kralov Dvůr. Here, the customer is again at least an equal person after years. And a package delivery employee is a real gentleman. Kez would give them and our CP management a more cultural environment.

So first of all, my eyes turn when I see the speed and quality of the staff. Second, absolute arrogance and ignorance towards customers from employees. What else could you wish for?!
